Overall, the stay at Best western was okay, but the check-in process was a major issue. It took over 3 hours to get into our room, which was incredibly frustrating after a long day of travel. To make matters worse, we couldn’t check out properly either — there was no clear process or support from the property.
We reached out to Hotels.com during the check-in delay to try and switch to a different hotel, but they were no help at all. We felt stranded and unsupported.
The room itself was decent once we finally got in, but the overall experience left a lot to be desired. I wouldn't book here again, and I’m very disappointed in the lack of assistance from Hotels.com.
