The property is good. The elevator door opening bells and the locks on the doors are loud though. The breakfast was just ok - plastic wrapped sandwiches and muffins, but the eggs were good, but otherwise a lot of carbs. The lady tending it was very helpful and very nice. Be sure to check your bill for extra charges! We got charged for parking on two rooms even though we had one car. They didn't give us a parking permit or anything, so I don't know how they figure out how many cars someone has. If they're just going to charge everyone for parking, it really should be put into the price.
Cleanliness and customer service.
Excellent location for accessing the park and ride on the St. Louis Metro. We were in town for a Blues game and it's just down the road from the free park and ride. Saved a lot of headache of dealing with downtown. Great rooms, too!
There was no indication that you had to pay to park. The front desk mentioned it in passing as though I should have known. Breakfast options were pathetic and gross. Had to go elsewhere to get breakfast which was advertised as part of the daily rate.
Easy check-in. The receptionist was very pleasant. Rooms were clean, relaxing and inviting.
The best workout area ever. Just superb! Easy walk to restaurants, shopping, very safe
Nice place, friendly staff, and excellent breakfast.
The location was good. Close to food and shopping in a quiet little cul-de-sac. I liked the contemporary decor. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I found nothing wrong here and I would definitely stay again.
Comfortable room. Easy parking. Decent free breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff.
Great stay for our family of five. Good staff, particularly the breakfast service. It was busy and well maintained. Only issue was the pool is a bit small but that seems to be the trend with hotels like this one.
We arrived late & were hungry- luckily there were places to eat nearby- a B-Dubs was right across the street!:) Didn’t care for having to park in a parking garage but overall was ok. Would have been nice if a bar / restaurant was onsite. Staff was friendly
Our family of four had a nice stay at this hotel. We will stay here again when we travel to St. Louis. Good location for access to shopping, the zoo, science center or Barnes/St. Louis Children's Hospital. 10-15 minute drive to downtown. The staff could not have been more helpful or friendly! Breakfast options were good. The room was very spacious and mostly clean with the exception of the pull out bed which had long black hairs and food crumbs on it.
The quality of the free breakfast was the best we had experienced in our two weeks of travels. All of the staff was amazing.
Great room for a great price and close to everything!
The hotel was clean but amenities were poor. I booked this hotel as it says it has a sauna but it doesn't. The pool is hot tub size and the work out room very small. Breakfast and coffee bar was good It would be fine for a quick overnight trip, and great if you had family with you but I was there for 5 days on business which was way too long for me to not have a good pool etc. Room was clean but the walls are very thin and you can hear everything. It is also on the freeway but does not have good windows etc to block much of that noise.
My daughter and I enjoyed our stay at the SpringHill Suites in Brentwood, MO. We were greeted with a smile by the front desk staff as we walked in the door, and checked in expediently. The hotel is modern and clean. For three-star lodging, the decor and amenities are very nice. Our suite had two double-beds , plus a divided area that included a large couch with lounger, a wet bar with fridge and microwave, and a large desk with a comfortable chair. The furniture and bedding were clean, as was the bathroom area and wet bar. The only thing I noticed were some fingerprints on the full-length mirror near the bathroom. The free breakfast offered eggs, yogurt, fruit, various breads and pastries, fresh juices, coffee, and more. When I asked for a tray to take some food to my room, the wait staff responded promptly. There is casual seating in the lobby area to enjoy your food. A small selection of sundries, snacks and beverages (including wine and beer) is also available. We did not have time to visit the fitness center. All in all, a great visit!
