This hotel has a full gym in it. Not just a treadmill. It was very nice. The breakfast bar was not staffed well and couldn’t keep up with the guests. The oatmeal pot was broken and didn’t get fixed in 4 days. The bed was very comfortable. They need to create standard work for the cleaning crew. We did not have sheets or blankets for the sofa bed nor was there soap in the shower. Could be a 5 star hotel as it is very nice just needs a little help and better procedures.
Great rooms, very clean.
A little outdated decor/facilities but they are remodeling and it did not interfere with our stay in any way. Easy access from interstate; easy parking; friendly and welcoming personnel. Directly across street from Galleria mall. Close to Barnes Jewish Hospital medical facilities (few miles) and Washington University Medical staff. Barnes and Noble close. Just off I-170.
Location is closed to center of everything .
Shower head and Shower door needed to be replaced. Shower head had very little pressure and shower door would not close. And if you did get it closed I feared breaking the glass door to get it back open. My room was on the highway side of the motel and was noisy.
Walking distance to the Metrolink trains, Galleria, and many restaurants
The room did not feel clean, carpet felt grimy.
Hot tub was broken
No pool... Which was OK... Non-smoking room.... The floor room on reeked/smell of WEED... eventually our room smelled of weed all night.. A. M. Breakfast was put away prior to 9:00 on Sunday... Went down at 8:45 to get breakfast.
breakfasts were not great.happy hour mon-thurs only
I was disappointed the room did not have a full size fridge/freezer like it did at other Homewood Suite properties we have stayed in, in other cities.
Couldn’t have asked for anything better. Staff was welcoming and friendly. Gave us recommendations on where to go visit and where to Eat. All of the staff was friendly. From the front desk to the housekeeping staff.
