Immerse in the satisfaction of a fantastic place with a magical lake view.
This lovely waterfront two-story residential house is in the heart of the West Arm of Lake Nippissingnear a snowmobile trail and has great hiking spots. It is known for its miles of boating, excellent fishing, and hunting. The spacious house has parking for six cars, docks, a fire pit, and many items for fun: kayaks, paddle boards, a catamaran, and a boat (take a motor with you) for exploring and good fishing.
The cottage is heated and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker.

Very comfortable cottage with lots of water toys to use

The cottage is large, has a great view, and all the comforts of home. There are three docks to chose from and various kayaks, SUPs and a canoe. The house is quie close to the road but this is not an issue from the water facing side.
Stayed 5 nights in Aug 2024
