Perfect in every way! This condo is designed with love and attention to detail. Rachel has generously supplied your basic needs during your visit. The location is ideal for beaching and only minutes away from St. Augustine. We still comment about how fortunate we were to choose this place!

This condo is excellent and the price for 6 days was excellent as well. The owners are very quick with responding to texts and calls. The owner is wonderful! There was plenty of room for my husband, myself, and our five children. Everything was clean, tidy, and organized so we could find everything easily. The beach and pool access was great. I highly recommend renting this condo and we will be staying here again!

Wonderful place to stay!

This was a fantastic place to say. Ralph greeted us on arrival and gave us a tour. The pool is right outside, the beach is a very short walk. You can hear the ocean from the screened in porch. It’s also very quiet, you really can’t hear any neighbors unless you are outside. The location is very convenient as well. Highly recommended!

Great family trip

We had a great time at this condo. The unit was fully stocked with just about anything you could imagine. They even had kids cups, utensils, plates, bowls, etc. They thought of so many things that I haven’t seen elsewhere. The unit was clean and comfortable, and everyone loved spending some time in the hammock on the porch. The owner met us upon arrival and showed us a few things, and was always quick to respond. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely place on the ocean

We were 2 couples (family) spending time in the St. Augustine area. The condo was very lovely and clean. The owners were VERY accomodating and welcoming. The location was away from the busyness of the historic district but just a few minutes drive from everything.

Wonderful Winter Escape on Vilano Beach

This listing lived up to all of its rave reviews. The hosts were communicative and very responsive. They even gave us an orientation tour of the property and unit when we arrived. This unit is very well stocked! The beds are comfortable. We loved being able to listen to the ocean. Our granddaughter‘s favorite spot was the hammock on the porch; the perfect place for resting or reading a book. Other pluses- Newer TVs with media and streaming services. The beach access is on the property, and secure. The beach wasn’t very crowded. We also appreciated the covered parking. This unit did not disappoint! We highly recommend this unit and hosts. We’d rent again!

We enjoyed our visit to St. Augustine - there is a lot to see and do in this part of FL. Vilano is a nice beach that has nice sunrises. The 1st floor condo faces nice restored dunes. It is a well furnished condo that is 30 plus years old that is close to downtown bridge and a Publix. Condo is starting to show its age and some appliances need updating. Door to patio is difficult to unlock/lock. Plumbing should be checked (slow drains).

Wonderful Vilano Beach Condo

We had a great stay at this condo during NYE week. The owner, Ralph, met us at check in and gave us a tour of the property, showing us everything in the condo. He was thorough in the tour and it answered any questions that we may have had during our stay. The condo was exactly as described and perfect for three friends to be comfortable and have plenty of space. The screened in porch was so nice to relax on in the mornings and evenings. The beach was seconds away from the back door. The pool was refreshing, but it was too chilly the week we were there to use it. There was a Publix and restaurant very close by as well. We would definitely stay here again as we love the location and area!

Can I Give More Than 5 Stars?

My wife and I met family over the Thanksgiving holidays in Vilano. Ralph and Marilyn made it an unforgettable stay. The apartment was immaculate and we were welcomed with a bottle of wine which was a complete surprise. We arrived late and the very next day we were provided a 5-minure phone tour that answered any of the questions we might have. The beds were comfortable and everything was well stocked. I realized a couple weeks later that I had left a charger for my Mac at the apartment. When we contacted Ralph we were surprised to find out that he was visiting in Orlando where we live. We set up a time to meet where I could pick it up. Simply incredible. Very kind people who go the extra mile. You can't go wrong!

Nice place

We enjoyed our stay. Great location right on the beach. There were rip tide warnings every day we were there unfortunately, but it was lovely walking on the beach. Would stay here again.

Loved our stay

It was my husband and my first visit to the St Augustine area. We loved our stay and the beach, right out our door, was beautiful! The living space was comfortable and very clean. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes, eating and drinking utensils, and even coffee and creamers! Vilano Beach is lovely and perfect for our stay, and there are plenty of great local restaurants and a very nice Publix a short walk away.

Pictures do not do this place justice. It’s amazing and so is the location

The property is small and very pretty , the covered parking is great . I loved the fact I could leave the door open and see my family swimming at the pool. The covered screen porch with the ocean in the background was amazing at night, it is a so calming . The condo is very spacious and tons of storage and space. The beach access was perfect and a little 2 minute walk. The host meeting us there for a tour AND a bottle of wine and popcorn for the kids was amazing . If we go back to Vilano next year I will book with this again. The drive into St. Augustine was so quick and easy . Loved this place
