They are working even under construction, I just don't like the noise of the next room was listening like in my room. they need more isolation.
there was work being done around the property which was fine but no caution signs or anything. When i was walking down the steps there was a water holes blocking the way. I almost walked right into it, also my niece walked on wet paint on the floor.
I was very unhappy with the room. Room was was dirty and it had roaches. Thats y I checked out early and went somewhere else.

Recliner in room looks worn out and sounds be removed
We were given directions to second floor room. Got up there with luggage and dig But keys said first floor room. Went to first floor room and it was occupied but door opened and we walked in on another guest. Had to back to desk and get correct keys and room number. Breakfast was a frozen Jimmy dean sandwich and granola bar. Won’t be coming back.
Unfortunately, the property was not as appealing as advertised online. A visual update of the property online would be helpful so that costumers like myself can improve their understanding concerning the conditions of the hotel.
When I first arrive to check in the clerk at the desk was super nice. Made me feel really welcome. Then we saw the hotel in the rooms and they were really dated which was fine as long as they were clean. No one ever came to clean our room for the whole three days that we were there. We had to ask other clerks at the desk for towels and they seem to act like we were putting them out for asking for clean towels. Also there are people living in this hotel and some people were really loud at night. I don’t feel like the price I paid for this room was worth it even though it’s a 10 minute walk from the beach. So the best thing I have to say is the desk clerk Michael was really nice. I don’t see how the rooms were clean when house keeping never showed up the whole three days I was there.
Really great staff. Super clean room and an amazing bed. I definitely plan to stay here again.
It was clean and had a pool. Good deal for the price and it's walking distance to the beach
The room was cleans, the breakdast was a step up from a continental breakfast, the eggs and sausage patties were good and the hostess made excwllent waffles. Beach access was a short walk down a very nice boardwalk and make sure you get a taco from the nearby Burritto Works!
Breakfast was not very good, the lady who served it was awesome.
The worst experience ever... This hotel is very outdated and dirty. We just spent one night at this hotel, for the price they charged is a joke! Room was smelly, the floors are dirty. Bathroom really outdated and shower the worst so far... dirty, rusty. This is NOT a hotel it is a motel with no quality! Do not stay here!
Although the breakfast was uninspired, the attendant was kind and helpful. The housecleaning staff provided ample supplies and towels, and the desk was very cooperative.
Spent a night here as I needed a place to rest after exploring St.Augustine. Motel was in a good location, close to beach and shopping. Room was clean and comfortable.
This was my first experience being in Florida as well seeing the Ocean. It was beautiful on the beach. Thanks to all staff great job on that breakfast also.

thank you for the review. I apologize for the miscommunication about the room. We have signage posted at front desk about what our breakfast consist of. Unfortunately we are only allowed to offer this type of breakfast due to health and safety regulations set by Choice.

thank you for your feedback. We are short staffed and unable to provide daily cleaning to guest who stay multiple nights. However, if a guest needs service we request you let the front desk know by 11 am so that it can be scheduled. I apologize that this stay failed to meet your expectations.
