A step back in time was nice for 1 night. Costly for lack of amenities (breakfast served after 9) and lack space to walk past each other in room with Murphy bed.

Beautiful Inn, great location!

I loved this bed and breakfast! It is quaint and in the PERFECT location in the heart of everything St. Augustine. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was lovely. My only comment is that we booked a queen room, and the bed was a queen, but it was a Murphy bed. The mattress was okay, but one side of it was definitely firmer than the other. Other than that, I would definitely stay again, I just might request a different room! : )

Beautiful home. Amazing breakfast. Dirk was so hospitable and helpful. Very clean. Great location. I left my jacket in the closet and the had already planned to mail it to me before I called for it.

Absolutely gorgeous building. Staff was wonderful. My only negative is the door locking issue. Was told the door locks behind. It does not. You have to activate the keypad. I don’t think the other guests knew either. I only did because I have the same lock. The back door was unlocked nonstop.

Brian and staff are very polite and helpful. 3 Course Breakfast served on site is absolutely delicious. Lovely, quiet rooms and located right in the middle of everything. Perfect spot and the only place I stay when I visit St. Augustine.

Brian and his team understand customer service, they have it perfected. Comfortable, clean and quiet room; breakfasts were delicious and unfortunately a bit too chilly to enjoy eating in the outdoor area, the indoor eating room was cozy and so interesting with all the nutcrackers surrounding us. And the location was ideal, the heart of the historic district.

The breakfast was all carbs. The staff was not very attentive

Loved every moment there. A GREAT place!!! Location was also exceptional.

We decided last minute to stay the night in St Augustine and managed to find one room left at the Spanish Street Inn. The staff was so welcoming, our room was perfect for the two of us wanting a night away. In the morning we enjoyed the complementary coffee on the balcony off our room before we headed to breakfast. The breakfast included in the room rate was the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. I easily would have paid good money for that same breakfast out at brunch. And to top it all off you get to eat in a beautiful little courtyard. We will definitely be back!

I absolutely loved this Inn. The owners are so friendly and attentive. They really take pride in providing every guest with a top notch experience. The location is amazing. It is right in the heart of the old section of St. Augustine, with the cobblestone streets and fort. The breakfast we were served was so good. It was bananas foster. I loved it. When I make it back to this area I will definitely stay here again. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Lovely property, personal touches, the balconies were a joy with lighted candles in the evening. Fantastic breakfast. Good advice for restaurants. Would definitely return.

It was one of the best experience of my life! The management was very friendly and helpful! The bed, the bed is absolutely fantastic after long walks on the beautiful streets of this amazing city! Breakfast was very well prepared with different choices! Highly recommended!

Very positive Fun experience Mary,Gia and Patrick did a great job making sure I was comfortable

From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out, Brian and his staff were exceptionally professional! They made us feel right at home. This adorable b&b is located off a small brick road with walking access to numerous bars, restaurants, museums, parks, and attractions. The bedrooms are super cozy with a large shower/jacuzzi combo. Enclosed bathrooms in each room. Super comfortable bed. Because we went a few days before Christmas, Brian made it “SNOW” of the top balcony!!!! You get an awesome bang for your buck at this b&b. And may I add the food was delicious in the morning too. Recommend highly to anyone looking for a little getaway or just even a couple nights in St Augustine!!

Had the most wonderful 4 night stay. The attention to detail by the staff and owners is incredible. Everyone was so friendly and attentive we felt as if we were visiting with friends. Our room was comfortable ,super clean and quaint. Special mention for the daily breakfast! We are thinking that the chef had special training to present such high quality. The breakfast room and outside seating area show that so much thought went into creating these wonderful spaces. Thank you Bryan, Emery and staff for a wonderful stay.

The staff here was so friendly and helpful. It is directly across from The Colombia, in a safe location, and has close (free) parking. Rooms were beautiful. Breakfast was the best!
