We enjoyed staying here. We walked downtown. The staff were very nice.
The beds and bed linens really need to be updated. The carpet in room was a bit dusty again carpet update would be nice. Vacuum under the bed would help. Convenient as for walking to lighthouse and over Lions Bridge that was great.
Place needs lots of work. towels were stained and old. Room hasn't been updated in a long time. I guess you get what you pay for. At $175 a night I would expect more. Said free breakfast if you like stale fruit loops and cold coffee. Ac would work intermittently. Parking for one car per room which is fine but came baqck late and was no parking left. Wont stay here again

It was inexpensive but clean. It was convenient to local attractions, including St Augustine beach. I was a bit confused that I was supposed to leave my key with the front office staff, but the office was not open when I was leaving around 6:30 am and I did not see a drop box. But I left my key in the room and that seemed okay?
Good location, we were able to walk across the bridge into town ( about a mile.) Free parking and internet. Refrigerator and microwave in the room. Breakfasted consisted of cereal bagels and muffins you could bring back to your room. Pillows and bed were a little hard for my taste. good value for the money.
