This phenomenal house features 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 1 bunk bed, perfect for families or friends looking for a cozy retreat. The backyard is an absolute dream. Spending time watching tv at the outdoor bar, playing golf, or partaking in a game of bocce ball on our 40-ft court will make it hard to leave the house! The 10-20 minute walk to downtown St Augustine is lovely!
The neighborhood of Lincolnville is very safe and quiet with beautiful tree lined streets, a coffee shop around the corner from the home, and history all around you! The beach is only a short drive over bridge. We've thought of all the details to makeyour stay unforgettable.

Amazing place!!! A lot of love and care obviously went into the renovations. Inside everything was updated and very comfortable. The outside space is phenomenal. Incredible. Lisa really did an amazing job with this property. Close to everything in town. Quiet cozy neighborhood. We had a blast. Great job Lisa!

Summer vacation

Stay was great a little bit farther of a walk to downtown than expected but the house beautiful. The activities at the home were fun we had a great time playing bocce ball in the back yard and grilling while there.

Excellent stay

What a cute house! We had two nights to visit St. Augustine for the first time. The area was safe and walking distance to town. This house is fresh & new. Backyard was fun! There are some mosquitoes, bring the bug spray.Our host was excellent. Quick communication & kind enough to let us know the house was ready early. Beds were great. A little coffee supply provided was a nice touch!!
