Amazing house with a pool and amazing views. It was a very short walk to the beach. Close to the historic district of St Augustine. We would definitely stay here again.

Atlantic Splash

We had a great time staying at St. Augustine Atlantic Splash. The house was very accommodating, with easy beach access and just a few minutes’ drive to everything we needed. I especially enjoyed early morning runs on the beach as the sun came up and relaxing in the heated pool afterward. The home offered plenty of space both upstairs and downstairs, making it comfortable for everyone. The recommendations provided were spot on and very helpful. When we return to the area, we will definitely book this home again.

So much fun at the Atlantic Splash! The location to the beach was awesome and the neighborhood adorable! We had our girls trip at the house that we have been taking for 20 years and really enjoyed having a house at the beach to enjoy together! A plus!

Family vacation

The house was clean and love sitting on porch and could see the ocean! Had everything you needed. It was so quiet and peaceful but the only thing was that the code wouldn’t unlock the bottom door we had to climb the stairs and go to that door and open it and come down to open the bottom door bc we had my mom and grandmother with us that couldn’t climb the stairs but other than that we had a good time.

Warm Getaway

Atlantic Splash was a great spot for our warm weather getaway. Everything was as advertised and the communication was outstanding. They even helped get some free tickets for our sightseeing. Great property.

Great spot near the beach

Highly recommend. The location is terrific; I enjoyed the sunrise from the patio and the beach. The beach is a very short walk from the property. Great for long walks or sitting and enjoying the waves. The property has a good amount of beach chairs and umbrellas as well as kitchen supplies. The pool area has plenty of comfortable seating and the pool itself is nice. It was clean with plenty of towels and space for four people. The elevator is very convenient. Communication with the management team was also very good and they were very responsive, I was provided with all the info needed and everything was communicated clearly.

Great Stay

Close to everything we wanted, food, shopping, golf, and the beach. The elevator was good to have, a couple of our party has difficulty with steps. Plenty of space to gather and plenty of space for privacy. Dogs enjoyed too.

We had a wonderful time, just what we were looking for! My daughter is autistic and she loved a mellow setting, the pool was perfect and private. Seeing the ocean from the house was relaxing and peaceful! The communication with owners was great and they were able to assist immediately if we had an inquiries. Would stay again! The only issue we ran into was my daughter was confused by the elevator so we had to go out the back door and down the steps to the pool. We were able to coach around that and were successful!

Great Stay!

Enjoyed everything about it. Property is as advertised - close to beach, excellent deck area, spacious and clean inside. Convenient to local restaurants and the grocery store. Don’t underestimate how good it is to have the pool - our granddaughter loved it as a change to the beach…and she could not get over the inside elevator! Would stay here again for sure.
