Amazing, piping hot breakfast beautifully served each morning with delicious coffee in formal dining room. Location of property was perfect for exploring Saint Augustine Room was spacious. Staff kind and helpful if you want new this isn’t for you. This is a historic inn. Loved the balcony outside our door with lovely sunrise view and a great place to read and relax. This is an old establishment but that is to be expected in Old Town which is the reason we chose this location. It is super convenient to Old Town where there is live entertainment, many restaurants, and shops. The bed was very good and so was the breakfast. The room was too warm to sleep comfortably and the ceiling fan worked on the lowest speed only. They really need to add a window AC unit. We had hot water for one shower but not for two.

Beautiful charming property, breakfast is served from 9a-10a each day and was fantastic (fruit, eggs, potatoes, bacon, and sausage). Location is also perfect being in the heart of historic downtown St. Augustine. Virtually everything is within a half mile walk. Parking was available in marked spots. Housekeeping could have been better as we did find trash from previous guests in the cabinets and drawers.
