The house was just like the photos and clean. The neighborhood is so cute and quiet! Would stay here again. The cleaning ladies showed up right at 10 on checkout day as we were finishing loading the car to leave. She was not very nice about it even though we were pulling out at 10:04.

Beautiful location on the beach. Easy to get to a grocery store or into St Augustine. Loved that there was a bathroom on each floor. House is well used but very comfortable.

Communication was spot on! Accommodated us coming in 2 hours early with hourly rate. WiFi took at few conversationto work ( that’s were the communication was great) Attention to house keeping details could be better.

Very nice property excellent location. very poor lighting. Kitchen lights were not working. common areas were very dark.very bad communication. nonone replied to our email regarding the major water issue. rented the house for 11 people and we could only bathe using one shower at a time.

We were not greeted by a host, but it's ok, the instructions were clear. The house is beautiful, well kept and super clean. It does show some age, wear and tear, but it didn't matter to us. For example, the shower head in the lower floor is either rusted or full of mold. On the positive side, the rooms are big and the beds are comfortable, but if you sleep on the lower floor, you will hear every step from above. The most important thing is the direct access to the beach, and the gorgeous view!!! We liked that they even have beach toys for children to play on the beach. The kitchen is big, everything looks modern/new, but we could not find pot holders nor a kitchen towel/cloth. We really enjoyed our quiet New Year's with not noisy neighbors. The only complaint is that I called before we went, to see if the would extend our departure hour from 10:00 a.m to 11:00, paying the extra fee, and the gentlemen never called me back to confirm, as he had promised to do. So, we got our babies and toddler out in a hurry like crazy grandmas and mamas. Hope to come back again one day!

This was our first time staying on Vilano Beach, as we normally book Butler or Crescent. We will definitely be back; this house was all that is was advertised to be! We were a party of 9 adults and an infant. Having 5 bedrooms was a luxury that is hard to find. We had plenty of space to spread out when needed, but could easily come together for games and meals. The porch and outside furniture was an added bonus to the beachfront experience. We maximized the front row seat to the glorious sunrises each morning. The location is perfect; quick trip into St Augustine or plenty of local places on the same island.

The home was great and location and view are awesome! We had an amazing stay.A couple notes: the tub stopper in the main floor tub doesn’t work, and some of the furniture could use replacing. Also, the outdoor trash bins were overflowing upon our arrival and were covered with maggots… resulted in a few terribly smelling days of we went out front or in the garage until trash pickup came. I will say, overall it was a great experience.

Great location

We enjoyed the beach house. It was spacious for us all. The kitchen needs some updates with pots and pans and usable cookware, coffee pot, etc. But the house itself was comfortable and the location GREAT!

The house was clean, well furnished and had great space for group of 9 ladies to gather around inside and out. It is so convenient (walking distance to Publix and some restaurants) and very easy drive to St George Street and all of the historical sites and attractions. Perfect for days on the beach. Easy access to view and fantastic view from house.

Great location for a big group to get together

I have a large friend group that likes to travel together and this place was what we needed. The location was great and Marty was great with getting all my questions answered in a timely manner. Everyone had a great time and we would recommend this property for a large group!

Vilano Beach Escape

Perfect beach house for the whole family! Beautiful views of the beach from the house with direct access to the beach. Close to grocery stores and restaurants, but in a very quiet part of town. We would happily stay again!
