Sleeping arrangements
This condo accommodates up to six guests across three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, TV, and private balcony access with ocean views, along with an ensuite bathroom that includes a walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed, TV, and dedicated workspace. In the third bedroom, a twin daybed with trundle and ample storage provides comfortable space for additional guests. A second full bathroom with a walk-in shower supports the needs of the group.

Living spaces
Large picture windows frame the shoreline and fill the open living area with natural light. There is space to sit back after a day outside, enjoy the views, or gather for meals at the dining table. The steady movement of the ocean remains present throughout the space, creating a calm backdrop for conversation or quiet moments.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is equipped with the essentials needed to prepare meals, along with a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. A washer and dryer are located within the unit for added convenience during longer stays.

Outdoor living
Step onto the private lanai to enjoy the coastal air and the sound of the waves. A private path leads directly to the sand, making it easy to spend time by the shoreline whenever you choose. The consistent climate of Crescent Beach allows for comfortable outdoor moments throughout the year.

Community & amenities
Guests have access to a pool, free parking on the premises for two vehicles, and an elevator to reach the condo. Keypad entry provides a smooth self check-in experience. The property includes Wi-Fi, heating, air conditioning, a ceiling fan, TV, bathroom essentials, bedroom essentials, and a private entrance.

Home safety
A smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit are available on site.

Neighborhood
Located within the Sand Dollar Condo community, the property sits along the oceanfront near the Intracoastal Waterway. It is a short drive to historic downtown St. Augustine, where you can explore local dining, attractions, and the distinctive character of the area
