Clean and sanitized according to CDC guidelines. You will enjoy this OPEN LAYOUT APARTMENT furnished with QUALITY throughout, cooking and grilling supplies, beach supplies, and more! IDEAL LOCATION - Crescent Beach only a 10 minute drive and historic downtown St. Augustine only a 15 minute drive. Local beaches known for being clean, quiet, and allow for dogs on a leash and on-beach driving, fishing, and more!

The house is in a quiet neighborhood on a spacious half acre corner lot. The main house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and there is an attached apartment. If you are looking for more space and want to rent the main house, let us know!

The attached mother-in-law suite has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and a kitchenette with a full-sized refrigerator and freezer with ice maker and filtered water, microwave, cooktop, toaster oven, and coffee pot. Smart TVs and ceiling fans in living room and bedroom. Washing machine and dryer available for use.

There are separate entrances and separate parking: there is not access in the house to the attached apartment and the dedicated parking areas are on different sides of the house. There are no shared spaces as the apartment has its own dedicated fenced-in outdoor space with grill and seating.

This home is located in a nice, quiet, and welcoming subdivision perfect for those who want to relax and escape the hustle and bustle of the downtown atmosphere, while still only a short drive to the beach and tourist attractions. Conveniently located within 2 miles of a CVS, Walgreens, Dollar General, Publix, a post office, and several restaurants.

Surveillance cameras are at all entrances including the front door to the main house, front door to the apartment, one facing the front yard, one facing the side yard, one at the side gate, and one at the exterior door on the pool deck; the pool is within the coverage area of this device. All cameras are in public view that record video only (no audio). The cameras will not capture any images of the interior of the house. Tampering with surveillance cameras is strictly prohibited.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchenette and a patio, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fenced private yard, and a coffee maker.
