Breakfast was disappointing, not much to choose from. Room was nice but pool entrance was outside our room window, also too close to the front desk and lots of slamming cabinet doors from staff. Staff was very nice and accommodating. We would stay there again.

This property should get way more stars. But my experience is not all that great. I got the king suite. Which first thing i noticed was it’s a connecting room. Not all that crazy. The next was i got maybe 5 hours of sleep over a weekend. Total. Due to the fact the walls are so paper thin. We got back from a ghost investigation at 3am Sunday morning. We left at 4:30am due to the fact that the man (or demon) next door snored so damn loud. I mean it was HORRIBLE. We definitely recommend that you do get a suite. They are not worth it.

Nice, quiet rooms. Hot breakfast was good and slightly different each day. Easy to get to the historic area. We didn't like the rolling bathroom door as it didn't lock nor did it have a handle on the inside, not fans of the lack of privacy.

Staff were friendlyc courteous and accommodating when we had an issue with the ceiling leaking and part of it falling down. They moved us to a different room and made sure the couple we were traveling with were put in a room close to us.

The parking lot is small compared to the size of the hotel. Ice Machine is on the second floor so if your room is on the 1st- you have to go up. The hotel is very convenient to the light house and Anastasia park and the taco place next door was really good. The coffee maker in my room was very dirty- other than that it was a decent place to stay.

The staff were great. Place was clean and breakfast was terrific 👌. My only complaint and of course it was random depending on your stay was the noise in hallways at night and slamming of doors. All in all location was also convenient.

Everything was perfect except the adjoining doors. They should have a lock on them that only staff open when in use. As my neighbors kept opening the door all times of the day and turning our side of the door handle. Kind of creepy. But i love the place!

Horrible Experience

First off the hotel was sold off to Hilton!!! This was suppose to be downtown St Aug, city was in grid lock traffic, spent 3 hours looking for the Holiday Inn finally found out the the HI was sold to Hilton!! They then sent us out to another HI 7 miles away. Horrible vacation hoping to have a night lights in St Aug, spent the whole weeken in traffic.. Never saw the night lightsDesk person laugh at us!!
