Receptionist was very nice. We showed up early and he offered to call us when the room was ready, which he did. Had a few perishables from the trip and he allowed us to store them temporarily in the fridge until the room was ready.

There was not enough room for parking. The floor wa wet and slippery. The beds were uncomfortable. The pillows were flat. The fitted sheets didn’t fit the bed.
