The ceiling was dripping water and falling apart. I booked a 2 bathroom 2 bedroom condo and was only able to use 1 bathroom. The property maintenance was called to make sure it was an issue with the condo and not an issue that we caused and it was an issue with the condo, and when i asked to get partial refund due to all the issues they refused. So i stayed at a property with a leaking ceiling above the master bed where we slept and had a shower that was not useable due to no water pressure. Additionally, we had a party of 4. My 6 year old was not given a wrist band my the rental company because they said she didnt need one, turns out she did need a wrist band so we ended up getting kicked out of the pool.... FYI there is one entrance in and out to these condos, if it rains it floods bad. It rained for the first time since coming to South Padre the past couple years and there was no way we were driving our Tahoe out of there. Luckily the beach was walking distance and we would just take turns (my one year old did not need an arm band, and we were only provided 2 arm bands so my 6 year old would have one on and we would take turn putting the other one on) taking our daughters down to the pool on the days we were flooded in due to rain. So very upset I couldnt get refunded at least partial of my money due to my experience. I have pictures of the ceiling water and partices that were falling from teh ceiling.

Needs upgraded … our key wouldn’t work half the time ! Y’all should apply a door code to enter instead of making your guest worry about where the physical key was . No dishwasher , blinds were filthy and disappointed with the pool. Very overly priced for what we walked into

everyone one we met down here was amazing. The condo was just the right size for us. we were able to walk to local shops and food if we wanted or drive to them. Beach was very restful

On our arrival the power was out. This site had no backup power. We requested a refund to go someplace that had power and the “management “ said no. My family had to sleep half a night in our vehicle while we waited for power to return. Sand from the beach was all over the floor and it was super easy to track that into the bed. The dishes provided by the condo were disgusting. Keep in mind not all units have a dishwasher or a washer/dryer. Our unit didn’t have either. The pictures showing this place were very miss leading in that regard. I got the impression that the company cared about money and not quality. The best advice I can share is go someplace else.

Yikes and beware

The room was fair, but the refrigerator was broken and they placed a very small dorm room frig to replace the broken large frig. The small frig was plugged in and placed right in front of the kitchen sink so you had to reach over to wash dishes. The condo also had no hot water. We had to wash and bath in very cold water. Wife and daughter left 4 days early as a result. No one ever came to replace frig or fix the hot water issue even though we called and complained (Lisa). We also visited the condo rental agency as well.
