There’s enough trash around the outside of the hotel to start a landfill; tons of wind-blown garbage all along the property boundaries, even a dumped refrigerator, car batteries, etc. I guess that’s how Jersey got its nickname; “The garbage state” 🤷‍♂️ The room was clean, but walls are paper thin so the drunks next store were great neighbors ☹️

The room walls were filthy. Something had splashed on them and not been cleaned off. The bathroom had ants. I never recieved room services even though I asked for it. The room also smelled.

We booked to a king size bed room. Unfortunately, one side of the bed is literally sinking. It is not comfortable at all. The fridge is leaking and not working well. It freezes our drinking water and food. The reception has no telephone number of any taxi. It took us hours to find one.

Room was very clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. However, the staircase to the second floor is located in the back of the office, unlocked, no supervision camera, I felt unsafe. The front was made aware, it seems it has been an ongoing issue.

The front desk staff were friendly. The room was clean. Parking was convenient. The location of the hotel was central to a lot of things. We did not take advantage of the breakfast. My personal preference are fluffy/soft pillows, which the room did not have. I did not make an effort to see if the hotel had a different option because we were only staying one night. My only negative feedback would be that someone threw away a lot of trash in the hallway trashcan which caused it to overflow and look messy.

The place really needs upgrades! Bathroom with mold around the floor and the tub! Very nice clean bead! Noise in the main floor I was in 171 and was noisy during the weekend! From desk was nice! Just they didn’t have a corkscrew! No help at all. Breakfast was very simple! I ask for brown bread and I was told that they didn’t have it!

The staff was awesome. I appreciated there friendliness. Breakfast seemed ok. I felt they could have had more fresh frouit, or a pancake or waffle maker. But it was sufficient.

They first gave me a room that was being dismantled and I had to go back to the front desk and ask for a new room. Bed was comfortable with a great cover. Room was a little cold.
