Confortable and pleasant

The staff was generally pleasant both at the front desk and at the breakfast buffet. It seems to be a popular venue. There were a couple of weddings the day we arrived and a PokƩmon card convention the day we left.

My room was facing two busy roads and even when I told them that I need a quite room since I needed to lecture and give a course, they did not accomodate. Plus the room was extremely cold and the heat was not working. I am very disappointed and won't stay there for sure.
