Modern Farmhouse With Large, In-Ground Heated Pool - 15 Mins To St. Joseph

Your private oasis awaits you! This modern farmhouse has 3 bedrooms & 2 full baths. There is a large seasonal, in-ground pool that is open mid May to mid Sept.

We are located in Berrien County that is well know for the many wine tour offerings.

We are only 15 mins from St. Joseph, Michigan that offers beautiful sandy beaches, quaint shops, festivals, farmers markets, wineries and more!

We have a full kitchen, washer and dryer, central AC and fast internet! The Master bedroom has a king bed and private bathroom. There is also a desk, TV and large closet There is access to the balcony from the master bedroom that over looks the pool. The second bedroom has two full beds, The third bedroom has a Queen bed. The main level has a family room, dining area with a table for six. There are two folding chairs in the foyer closet if you need additional seating. The main level also has a kitchen with a refrigerator, electric stove, dishwasher, and microwave. There’s also a Keurig coffee pot for single or multi cup brew. In the kitchen, there’s a sliding glass door that leads out to the large inground pool. If you have children, please be sure to use not only the regular door lock, but also the child safety lock on the sliding glass door. Outside on the pool deck, you will find patio furniture and pool floaties. Please make yourself at home and we hope you have a wonderful time!

Great location! House was very clean and the pool is tons of fun! Don't be mislead when you pull up to the house the first time......the outside may not look as cleaned up, but the inside of the house and the pool are very clean!

Family Trip

The pool was fantastic! The house was well stocked with cooking utensils, towels for bath and pool. Washer and dryer were great. Location was close to St. Joe, which is our go to destination. Small bedroom bed could be more comfy and we missed being able to take a walk without driving somewhere. These two things are minor. We would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay in MI. Jen answered any questions we had very quickly. It got a little warm upstairs but she told us what would help circulate the air. It’s an old farmhouse so that’s to be expected. Overall we had a wonderful stay leading up to our son’s wedding. She even gave us a late check out for the next day.

Great home

Our kids loved the pool and I loved the kitchen being so close to the pool area. The deck could use some updating as there were broken boards and some hazards. Also if it’s hot out, there isn’t ac upstairs so it was a little toasty. We were able to point fans up the stairs and it helped along with fans in every bedroom. This didn’t affect our stay though.

Great house for a family

It was a very clean welcoming home and our family really enjoyed it. We were 15 min from the beach and many nice restaurants. The house was big and Spacious for our family with 4 young kids. The owners were very sweet and answered all our questions-amazing communicators. You could tell they really cared about our stay and wanted us to enjoy our time there. They had lots of kid friendly things like corn holes, pool floats, pack play, and rails for the bed. Anything we may have needed was there. Thank you!

Oh the Amenities!

We have always had great experiences with VRBO, so to say they go above and beyond with providing everything you’ll need is really exceptional. The space is beautiful, the two stories with rooms on the second floor and two bathrooms with nice showers all are things to note. Each room had a fan, the property had multiple TVs, full kitchen, and comfortable beds were all part of a great experience. The host is very responsive, and takes great care of the property. Although we were here in the late fall, the pool and yard area is amazing. We had a marvelous time and made great memories. We’ll definitely be back!

Our Mother-Daughter trip could have not been better. We spent the days at the different nearby beaches, afternoons shopping in all the cute beach towns and evening relaxing in the pool. We planned to cook two dinner at the house and the kitchen had everything we needed. The house was exactly as the photos depicted and the four of us had more than enough room. The week we were there was especially hot and the owners made sure we had enough fans to try to cool off the upstairs. We stayed 4 nights but wished we had more time as we could have just relaxed by the pool a couple more days before driving home. Thanks for having us, we are hoping to make this an annual trip as long as our teenage girls still want to hang out with us old moms

Perfect pool house with a backyard oasis

Our family of four (with a 3 year old and a 1 year old) found this to be the perfect getaway home! Just 15-20 minutes from Silver Beach and St. Joseph, but out in the country where it’s quiet. We loved the beautifully kept backyard and heated pool and used it every day. Communication with owner was excellent and she went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed for a great stay. It was fantastic that they had a high chair, baby gate, pack and play (which we ended up not using), and bumper rail—it made it a suitable home for little kids. Any family looking for a beach/lake/pool vacation with all the amenities should look no further! Thanks Jen! We will be back!
