Quick Getaway

I stayed at this condo for 3 nights with my 2 children. Christy was a very attentive host, providing me with plenty of information prior to checkin. The view was lovely and access to the beach was easy. This was one of the best appointed VRBOs I have stayed in, with all the kitchen cleaning essentials and linens provided. The resort was safe, parking easy and we ate at 2 restaurants. We probably took advantage of the ice cream shop a little too often! I would stay again with a small group.

North Topsail Beach First Timers

First time to this stretch of beaches. The condo was very clean and up to date. Wonderful location to set on the balcony and watch and hear the waves. Beach access is right at building 3 where this unit is located which made it very nice to be able to go from the beach to the unit for lunches or anything else. Christy was very informative about local attractions and places to eat. Will definitely visit again!

Immaculately Clean & Comfortable

Excellent property! Has all of the must have’s: top floor (quiet), Ocean view from the balcony, steps to the beach, tile floor throughout, stocked kitchen, very clean unit (like new). The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The decor was fresh, beautiful and relaxing. Highly recommend.

Perfect!

My husband and I had a great time at Christy's place. The unit is spotless and offers a lot of amenities. The view and sound of the ocean are perfectly peaceful, and although there are a lot of condos on Topsail Beach it is surprisingly a quiet and peaceful place. Would love to come back again!

Fantastic!

My daughter and I took my parents to celebrate their 80th birthdays. The beach was beautiful, the condo was clean, comfortable and just what we wanted. It wasn’t crowded and the weather was great. My dad wanted to go to the beach and this was a perfect spot for us. I highly recommend this condo! We loved it!

Beautifully decorated and clean

We found the apartment to be very comfortable, beautifully decorated, with everything we needed for our stay. The coffee maker took a little bit of getting used to, and we found the oven to be less efficient than what we used to at home, but regardless, we were able to comfortably prepare meals in the apartment throughout the week. We had excellent communication with the host. kitchen was well stocked with all the needed accessories. At one point, the lock to the front door stopped working, and she had a repairman at the apartment within hours to fix it for us. Highly recommend.

The Best VRBO for North Topsail Beach

This is one of our favorite VRBO condos in North Topsail. Ms. Bennett has impeccable interior decorating skills and she makes sure the condo is clean and prepared when you arrive. She provides not only the essentials but also items other VRBO's do not provide i.e. books on the history of Topsail Island, National Audubon books on shells you find on the beach, plant life and birds. She also provides games and lots of DVD's to watch. The condo is spotless. There are two coffee makers built into one (drip type and coffee pod type). Full supply of nice utensils, plates and cooking pots and pans. The bathrooms are spotless as well and cleaned regularly. You can tell Ms. Bennett takes pride in her condo. The turtle decor is beautiful and the little, artificial palm tree with the turtle lights is so relaxing at night as you are settling down. We wish more condo owners took such pride. My husband grew up in North Carolina and spent the 60's and 70's at North Topsail beach. He spent so much time fishing off Topsail Pier. Ms. Bennett allows him to relive those memories again.

A lovely getaway- great communication!

We had a lovely stay at this condo- it’s decorated so beautifully and I love all the turtle- themed items, even the silverware! The beds were so comfortable and the owners thought of everything we would need. They were so responsive and provided all the information to make it a great stay. The St. Regis is a great location and the kids loved the game room. I hope we can come back soon!

Peace at the Beach

The accommodations and property were great. The beach was very nice. Nice amenities. Our host Christy was excellent. She made the whole process easy. Other than a tropical storm interruption we had a great time. I do want to let our host know how much we appreciated her checking on us during the tropical storm. We would highly recommend this property, Christy our host and the St. Regis for a great stay at the beach.

Beautiful, Clean, Great Views!

The condo was the cleanest we've stayed at in years (we've been coming to North Topsail since I was a kid). It was the favorite of the 7 units my family had rented this week. Everything was updated recently, I especially appreciated the new washer, towels, and the rugs that were in good shape and clean. The turtle theme was really pretty, and I loved the silverware having the turtle design. You can tell the owner's love their condo and it makes all the difference.

Great condo, right on the beach!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The condo is nicely furnished, remodeled, clean and very comfortable. The owners have taken great care and put thought into making their guest stay as comfortable as possible! The unit has an ocean view and is located on the top floor (5th) of one of three buildings on the property. There is a pool with a cabana that serves food and drinks (hours of operation vary by day of the week). Also, there are two beach access points one with stairs and the second a ramp, very convenient if pulling a cart or coolers to the beach. Overall, the property (building) a little tired and could use some additional maintenance/refresh of exterior paint, etc. but that did not impact our overall enjoyment of our stay.

Absolutely Amazing!

From the moment you walk into the condo you feel home. It is so beautifully decorated and has everything you could possibly need. The view is beautiful and sunrise every morning was breathtaking! It was also nice to be able to see the end of the island and the water surrounding. The pool and walkway to the ocean are right at the condo which made access to either super easy. There is also a ramp by the pool if steps are an issue or you have a cart you take to the beach which was also nice. Words cannot describe just how much our family enjoyed our stay here. It is definitely our favorite place we have stayed since coming to Topsail and we cannot wait to come back! Christy is very thoughtful and made sure we knew that if we needed anything she was just a call away. The way she treats her guests and does little things to show she cares is something we will never forget. Thank you Christy for the opportunity you gave my family and I and memories we were able to make because of you. This trip is one we will never forget.

Slice of Heaven!

BOTI was an amazing place to stay. Everything was perfect and Christy was not only amazing with communication, but also extremely generous. The place had everything you could think of and the resort itself was perfect with all the amenities you’d need. I’d recommend this place to anyone. Absolutely fabulous!

Beautiful!

We absolutely loved this condo. Super clean and the view is stunning! When you open the door and your first reaction is “Wow!” Everything was thought of from the decor to the items you would have at home (like plug ins and throw blankets etc) was available. Fully stocked kitchen and very comfy beds and pillows! We had the best weather and enjoyed the pool everyday and night. The beach was perfect and not overcrowded. The kids had a blast! The owner Christy was very prompt and courteous. We loved it so much that we booked our stay for next year!
