Staff was super friendly and very helpful. The room size and amenities were nice. The property is very old, had broken tiles and a couple other physical issues. For the price, not bad, but could use some updates

Can be better

Service was good but I think guests and hotels should take cleanliness more seriously. Smoking shouldn't be allowed in the rooms, and ours smelled strongly of tobacco and weed. That's terrible, especially if you're traveling with a baby.

Staff was more than friendly and the property was well maintained and within walking distance of a few different restaurants. The room itself had faulty wiring in the lighting, the oven still had food caked in the bottom of it, and there were dead bugs all over the bathroom counter and bath tub. There was also a bottle of cleaning solution left on top of the stove.

Staff was amazing! My sons had early football games on Saturday and the staff was kind enough for me to check in earlier so they could get ready and geared up. Thank you guys! I will recommend and keep coming back!

The property wasn’t like the photos in the app. Bed sheets were dirty and the pillows had mold. All the place smells like cigarettes and the bathroom floor had mold and all dirt marks. In the floor there was dead bugs and cockroaches. I have photos of that. In another part The lady on the front desk she was super nice and helpful. Helped me with the cancellation of the stay and reimbursement.

Upon checking in after 8pm on March 15, 2025 I was told by the staff that there was a possibility my room might not be clean. On the way to check on the room it was not clean & she offered me a full refund if that was the case. I decided I wasn’t going to wait for the cleaning to be finished & wanted to take the refund. Since I booked through Expedia I had to contact them to get my refund & now Studio 6 is denying me my refund & holding to their cancellation policy.

The front desk host was very friendly even though she was brand new. On initial view the room looked okay, we weren’t really expecting a five star room. But there was hair in the sink, a toothpick in the tub, the mattress had no mattress cover and was sitting on a platform. I always look for bedbugs, that platform was filthy. There was no sign of bedbugs, but there was so much hair it was disgusting. I had to clean before I could sleep there. Luckily I brought my own bedding. They did not provide bath towels only hand towels, we had to go ask for them. They said they were doing laundry. If you are desperate for a cheap room it will do, but be prepared.
