You get what you pay for!

As soon as you walk in it looks nice..that’s about it! There’s a tv in the living room and a tv in the bedroom, the remote to the bedroom has only one battery I went to ask the office for some I got back and tv doesn’t work called front desk and the guy said bedroom tvs on the 2nd floor don’t work WTH so I guess they are just there for decoration. Tub was so stained it was disgusting! Tried flushing the toilet and it wouldn’t go down I called the front desk nobody answered all night long, in the morning I went to tell them they said they would send someone they never did I had to go to the office to use their bathroom. Bed was sooo uncomfortable you could feel every single spring in the mattress. Refrigerator was dirty and shelves were broken

Bed was comfortable, the room was clean, the appliances were fairly new. Never went or used the pool. Bathroom was dated but clean. Had issues with shower at first. The push-rod tub faccett deverter was broken. I had to stick my finger into the spout to engage the diverter to get water out of the shower-head. No big deal, but other guest without common sense and knowledge would have been dumbfounded and would had to call the Lobby . Room 121

When we arrived to check in there were police at the front office because the staff had reported a resident (not sure what for), when they came in and proceeded to tell us they had just taken over recently and were trying to clean up and get rid of the drug issues. Got our room, there were black hairs still in the bathroom, the kitchen divider/bar area was dirty along with the floors (I had to use one of the towels to wipe it all down), the kitchen table and 2 chairs were in the living area where there really should have been a small couch or some chairs. Overall I would never book here again between the area not feeling safe and the hotel room not being very clean.
