Room was clean, staff was nice. Except im allergic to weed and the hall on the 5th floor was horrible smelling like weed. I had to hurry to my room because my throats was starting to swell. So i wasn't able to leave my room after 7pm. I also had a water bug i killed in my bathroom. But the staff came and cleaned the bug up. Mrs. Mitchell

Staff was nice but my room wasnot cleaned well at all still was trash from previous guest on floors and in tub aswell as whole big toe nail in bathroom by sink i was the only one in room whole stayso its not mine. I noticed the second morning and had got sick when i found it and while i was complaining to no benefit they said since im leaving sorry and they charged me a late check out while i was dealing my room floors not being clean aswell as door not shutting properly
