Check in was extremely easy. All of the staff is beyond courteous. They cannot do enough for you. The property is absolutely stunning to get up and watch the sunrise was spectacular with the beautiful rock formations. Our stay was exceptional. We went to relax, enjoy red rock views, and find peace. We found all of the above. We stayed in a Vista Cottage Suite—the views were stunning, with red rocks visible from every room. (In-room dining with chachuterie and champagne as we enjoyed our private balcony and mountain views) Wonderful bathroom amenities, including l'occitane bath products. The new duck pond pool was peaceful and fun, with great snacks and drinks. Cress for dinner along the creek was peaceful and better than expected - (we shared a prime rib and pasta with a Foie Gras appetizer)!!! The Morning Stretch class and couples massage were extremely relaxing. Read the reviews - if you want to relax, be pampered by an excellent staff, enjoy the views...this is the place. Also, walking distance to Sedona shops and restaurants for a change, if desired. Make spa reservations early, as they fill up. It is expensive, so read the reviews and fine print if that is a concern. For us, it was worth every penny for an enjoyable, romantic, restful, peaceful, pampered trip. We will go back. If you prefer creakside cottages, that would be a different experience than the clifside cottages we chose. Great options depending on what you seek. Thank you L'Auberge. Front desk, Cress wait staff, Duck Pond bar tender, in-room service team, housekeeping, valet team, spa staff all were exceptional!!! Thank you for a great birthday weekend.

Zero value for the price This is a Best Western experience but at $700 per night The room comfortable and good bed but the restaurant was horrible. The menu lacking in range and prices absurdly high. When we were seated, the maitre d did come by and put 2 champagne flutes on our table saying “ this is to make up for the wait “. He left and nothing was ever poured into those flutes!! They sat empty and we asked our waitress to remove them Our waitress was the only efficient and well trained person we encountered When checking out 2 other individuals were complaining about the horrible service.

It was a 5 star stay. I highly recommend it. The whole staff from the valet to concierge was polite and helpful. Also, don't worry about dehydration. They offer you complimentary bottled water everyime you speak to a staff member. They also offer complimentary transportation within a mile of the resort. My husband and I had a DD the whole time visiting because all of our dining choices were within a mile. It was great for shopping, taking the pink jeep tour and going into town to walk around. We didn't have to worry about parking and navigating. We can't say enough good things. It's expensive but worth every penny.

Very nice place but the service was really bad, specially in the Cress restaurant. Not very helpful staff, not very friendly either. Not what i was expecting from this caliber hotel.
