Poor customer service at check in.

My front desk experience with June was below average. She had two gentlemen in front of us that she gave them complete information about their room and the services available. When it was our turn she had no words of about the hotel just smiled and gave us our key. I had to ask about the information that I over heard the gentlemen receive. She appologied. Hmm. After that I got to my room and it was a handicap room. Never was told and we did not request one. Went back down and asked and she said she could give me a smaller room however the larger rooms were all handicap and by the elevator. Maybe she have said something at check in. Got a new room which was fine. When went to leave the card she gave us to get out of the parking lot did not work and I had to go back inside at 3am to request help. She had not loaded the card correctly. Ok place to stay for a night however the lack of check-in skills was not acceptable. Best part was the bartender he took great care and our dinner was good.

The carpet floor is old and dirty. The only thing good about the hotel is their shuttle driver who is very helpful.

Lovely hotel

Very pleasant staff, reliable shuttle service but also super easy just to walk over to the airport via the skybridge at the light rail station (about a 2 minute walk to the sky bridge). We ate in the restaurant and it was very good (excellent chowder) Very clean room and super comfy bed. I would stay here again for sure.

Great service. Unlike neighboring hotels, they allowed us to check in early. Good restaurant on site and a few others are within walking distance. Not completely eco-friendly. Still using keurig. Comfortable beds, plenty of towels, relatively quiet. Would stay again
