Quiet, clean, conveniently located
The property is beautifully maintained. I initially did not know the order that I should use to open the lock- there are numbers and a house symbol and a check mark symbol. I messaged the host, but did not get a reply. Between my cousin, my brother and I and a few tries, we got it to unlock.The 2nd floor living room/kitchen is nicely furnished. Having a full kitchen is such a plus.The bedrooms were comfortable and each has its own bathroom which was convenient for my cousin and me.I highly recommend it for anyone staying in Ballard. Just leave a week open for me next time I visit!

Comfy & Cozy - Great Walkability
Very cozy and great location! Would've rated it as "5 Stars" if not for the following: Hot water really finicky and has to be has to be carefully timed! If you run the dishwasher at night there will be no hot water for a morning shower. If 1 person showers in the morning, 2nd guest will have to wait several hours for water to come back up to temp. (We eventually figured it out by the end of our 3-week+ stay but it was slightly inconvenient.) Only other recommendation is that cookware (pots & pans) could be updated--somewhat beat up ;)) And a SPATULA would be nice--lots of wooden spoons but not a single spatula! Other than that the accommodations were wonderful and we really enjoyed our stay. P.S. the fridge & microwave in the downstairs bedroom is not powered on. You might want to check it out because the fridge is getting kinda moldy from being "off". Overall we really enjoyed "Mei Mei's Place"!

Perfect Stay Would Definitely Repeat
Visited Seattle so to take in a baseball game and enjoy a different neighbourhood, this time being Ballard.
We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay or area to visit. Property met and exceeded expectations as it was new, clean, quiet, well appointed with items you’d have at home plus the area was really nice and safe to walk to and from.
Communication with hosts was fabulous and quick, took any anxiety out of the visit. Home is located near numerous craft breweries that we easily could walk to along with great coffee and dining options.
Zero complaints!!! Well done hosts!!!

Great place in Balard
Stayed here as part of a beer enthusiasts meet up. This is a great location. Walking distance to grocery stores as well as many places to have a beer and even a distillery too. The property has 2 refrigerators, comfy beds, nice bathrooms and a nice roof top patio. It's off the street so it is nice and quiet. Would rent this again 100%.

Great location, central to the ball park and downtown. The place it self, is well decorated and clean. We enjoyed the roof top patio each night.
