Professional and helpful staff. Very good location near shops and restaurants. Unfortunately on the second day, there was a problem with the hot water in the bathroom. The hotel maintenance tried to fix it but the problem persisted. It was quite unfortunate.

The staff was great, location of hotel was great. It snowed a lot and they could have iced the parking lot MUCH better, but other than that the hotel is exactly what you hope for from a chain hotel. Being able to walk through the park into downtown was incredibly convenient and felt like you were in a much bigger town than Saratoga. Thanks!

First time here normally stay at Casino Hotel but was very satisfied. Your staff were excellent especially Connor at the Front Desk . Breakfast was excellent . Only criticism is get a 4 wheel drive vehicle for shuttle . Driver was great but had to maneuver in the snow . Overall rating 0 out of 10.
