The hotel is well located in Susakino, close to subway station. Room was spacious enough and very comfortable and clean. Staff were friendly and exceptionally so at the breakfast venue. We booked the hotel for it's close proximity to Odori Park for the snow festival based on the recommendation of a friend from Sapporo. The Susukino subway station is a quick walk around the corner and made travel to and from the airport very easy. Breakfast buffet and dinner were included with our stay for adults and the prices for food for our children were reasonable. Our room had two twin beds, and we were able to get a futon for an additional 2000 yen. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially in the restaurant. I definitely recommend this hotel.

We've made our reservation for a non-smoking room with one double bed; upon arrival, the staff told us all rooms are fully booked and only left with smoking room with twin bed. Asked for any alternatives but he said nothing can be done; yet on the day the other guest walked in and they were being served with non-smoking room! What would be the reason for reservation if such cannot be provided? Suggest not to over-book as to maintain service level
