The property is conveniently located just a few blocks from Sapporo Stationāfar enough to be quiet and peaceful, yet close enough for easy access to shops and restaurants. I stayed in a standard triple room; while the design was simple and slightly dated, the room itself was very spacious, comfortable, and spotless.
I chose the full breakfast option, and it turned out to be an excellent decision. Guests can choose between a set Japanese breakfast on the 22nd floor with a stunning city view or a buffet on the first floor featuring dishes made with local Hokkaido ingredients, blending both Western and Japanese styles. I tried both and was impressed by the freshness, quality, and variety of the food.
The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodatingāthey stored my luggage before check-in, greeted me warmly each time I entered or left, and even helped me organize my transportation plans despite their limited English.
Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sapporo.
