Standard Double Room (Non-smoking) - comfortable stay for 1 night. Location - approximately 10 mins walk from Sapporo station which has direct line to Chitose airport. It was a convenience location to join tours with meeting point at Sapporo station north exit. Room - was quiet. Excellent shower water pressure. Bed was medium soft. Staff - Check-in and checkout are straightforward.

Stayed in 3 beds room. The light above the 3rd bed didn’t shut off. We had to use the main switch which turned everything off even the outlets. Beware of this as our phones didn’t charge overnight. Pleasant staff. There are some toiletries you can pick up at the lobby. I love that they provide body&hand cream, cleansing oil, facial foam and etc. A/C / heat can be adjusted. For the elevator to operate you have to use keycard when you going up. Close to train station walking 5 mins.

Location is great, walking distance to the train station with shopping malls and restaurants. Breakfast buffet selections was good and reasonably tasty. The room is small, with medium size luggage, there’s left little space for walking.
