Everything about this place was as expected- great. Except the food. The buffet, room service, and some of the restaurant food left a lot to be desired (one morning my room service French toast was very undercooked. I got a plate of cinnamon mush. lol). Everything else was amazing. So much to celebrate about this place.

Not a great stay, the property is not well maintained and the food and beverages are not great. The staff is amazing but it doesn't make up for all of the shortcomings on the property. Not at all like any other Secrets properties and for sure not a 4.5 star experience
