My only con would be that without having our phones active, we had no contact with the property managers, they didn't respond to emails during our stay. We would definitely stay here again and would definitely use MHV again.

Perfect vacation

The condo is in a great location! Walking distance to amenities or short walk to a taxi. The property is beautiful! Plants and flowers create a lot of privacy. Everyone in the complex was friendly and welcoming. We were surprised at all the extras we found in the condo (beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, lots of towels, beach bags, condiments galore. The large deck was perfect for watching the sunrise or to sit and enjoy the evening. We definitely recommend it!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Huatulco is a lovely area, the bays and beaches are beautiful. Both Santa Cruz and Le Crucecita have excellent restaurants, good food, reasonably priced. People are friendly and pride themselves on a safe, clean area. Only concern with our condo was the traffic noise from the adjacent street.

Agaves Hip Living condo Huatulco

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our condo was a one bedroom that featured large deck with comfortable chairs. It had all the necessities needed for our two week stay. Modern kitchen, king bed, in-house laundry and large shower. Oh, and the pool was beautiful! The location was close to everything; Chedraui market was just one block away. Santa Cruz and Chahue marinas and beaches were a short 15 min. walk. The centro of La Crucecita town also provided lots of opportunites for great food and friendly locals.

Within walking distance to grocery stores, beaches and medical facilities ... The condo was more than adequate for our needs ... Well stocked in the kitchen, bedroom and washroom (dishes, sheets, towels etc.) ... Rene the property manager as well as Gaby from MHV were incredible to deal with, both were so helpful!!! Highly recommend MHV and this condo!!!
