Property needs some upgrades especially the bedrooms doors.

The property is beautiful! I've been here twice. The food is also amazing! "T" (Tao) was our server and he was Johnny on the spot. Great Service!! I just wish we had a refrigerator in our room. Thats the only down fall. Tough to save leftovers.

The property was under construction on one side but they started later in the day and did not bothered the gusts. The property is very clean and the view is beautiful. The staff is on point.

Awesome beach and incredible sunrise. The room was okay, but definitely love the location.

Very close to everything very nice staff. Spa was wonderful highly recommend

We don't stay at all-inclusive resorts because we want to see what is out there other than a giant resort. We were not disappointed and enjoyed staying at Quinta Bella very much. We traveled with two small children and the pool and proximity to town was great. The rooms were updated and clean and had very nice views of the ocean. One thing that surprised us the most, was how good the food was here. Of the 6 nights we were here, we at here most mornings, 2 lunches and 2 dinners. All were fantastic. The one downside is there are no kid menus. So don't think hotdogs or corn dogs, chicken fingers or mac and cheese are an options, but they do try and work with you on making special dishes on request. My wife utilized the spa, which was she enjoyed as well. The hotel staff and dining staff are all very nice and attentive except one person up front who made it a point that they were not happy. I remember reading other reviews about this same person. You also cannot swim at this beach as it has rip currents, but the view is amazing and there are so many other beaches nearby, its not that big of deal. Hope to be able to visit again in the future, thank you Quinta Bella Huatulco!

Great pool , good views but the rooms not good the restaurant staff not good

I didn’t like the fact that the big pool was not in service. Also, the restaurant had very limited item to choose from and was not very tasty. We were supposed to have a Mountain View, instead all we could see and here was construction being done

I didn’t like the decor and was completely disappointed that the big main pool was under construction. No elevators.

The staff was the bad news - kinda preoccupied. Asked for a meeting with sales or manager to bring future groups - nope, waited 15 minutes then left my room number. Never got with me. Beds and rooms could really use update. Good news is the surroundings and pool area is amazing. Restaurant is very good!

This hotel seems to want to be something it isn't quite ready to be. They have a no outside food or drink policy, which would be fine if they only had the necessary staff to attend to the needs of their guests. We had to wait a long time to get served both by the pool and in the bar and the interval between service visits was too long. The food and drink we did receive were fine, but there just wasn't enough staff to stay on top of guest requests. The rooms were nice enough and were clean. The plunge pool was a nice feature and air conditioning was also great to have. My biggest complaint about the experience, however, was the window-shaking party that occurred a few properties down on Saturday night until 2am. I can't really blame the hotel for this (unless they knew it was going to happen and chose not to warn the guests), so I didn't let this affect my rating, though it did affect my enjoyment during my time there.

We booked this resort based on ratings and reviews from Orbitz travelers. This has got to be the BEST full featured small resort in Huatulco!!! The staff are very friendly and at your service, whatever your needs. The rooms are unique in both the deco and they have small dipping pools in them (the new rooms do not) so book accordingly. although the resort is adding rooms I feel the quality of service will remain the same. The food and bar selection is perfect and if you are staying a week you will not be able to try everything on the menu, but do try the fine Mezcal from the bar. The Beach is very secluded and SUPER clean, The only beach as clean was in Ixtapa. The surf was a bit rough but experienced beach goers will have no problem entering/exiting the water although red flags are flown at all times and lifeguards are on patrol. Taxis to town or market 30 pesos and very friendly drivers. The only thing I would like to see as many reviewers have said is refridgeraters in room would be nice to chill that Cerveza/Mezcal for a nightcap in the dipping pool. A 5 STAR RATING FOR QUINTA BELLA!!!!

Small place and quite and clean. Staff spoke very little English but we managed. Beach was clean but the sand was very course. I am a runner and the side walks were large a great for running they go several miles .

Hotel has a rule, if any staff sees you with food or drinks out of your room, you will get a fine of 1,500 pesos. Also when you arrive, make sure there are 3 remote controls 1 for ac 1 for tv 1 for dish They try saying that 1 is missing on check out and try to charge you 500 pesos

Excellent 5 night stay. Staff was continually working to keep property spotless. Beach super clean and sand raked nightly. Food was tasty and served in a reasonable time poolside. 5 minute cab ride ($2.00) to the central Cruzacita shopping. We will be back!

I loved my stay here, the view from the room and private pools are awesome! My biggest problem with this place is the wifi is horrific! There was one spot in the corner of the room where I could get connected at all and the speeds were super slow even there. This is especially a problem since I rely on the network connection to contact people while I don't have cell service internationally. If they fix the wifi, I can easily recommend the hotel 5/5 must stay if you're visiting Huatulco.

Nice clean hotel on the beach with a beautiful view. Almost too quiet. Only 20 rooms and each has its' own small pool. Many times we were the only couple at the larger pools. Pool wait staff came around very infrequently. We had read the reviews stating the lack small refrigerators in the rooms but didn't realize how inconvenient that really is. No ice machines, no place to purchase packaged snacks or toiletries. Room safes do not work and they will not fix them. No room phones to call room service. Biggest problem was NOBODY at the front desk speaks ANY English. Communication was impossible without Google Translator. I've traveled to Mexico annually for over 20 years and have never encountered a hotel where nobody at the front desk could communicate. I understand the argument that it's their country and the language issue is my problem not theirs but, if a hotel actively markets to English speaking clientele they have a responsibility to accommodate that clientele. It could create a dangerous situation. Otherwise, specifically note in your marketing information that English is not spoken. Lack of refrigerators and ability to communicate are the reasons we will not be back and cannot recommend this hotel.
