Dear Management,
I am writing to formally express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. My experience was plagued by numerous issues regarding the facilities, service, and overall management.
Upon arrival, I was denied entry because the parking lot was full. After unloading my luggage, I was escorted off the premises. Throughout the stay, I encountered several more problems:
Dining: The food quality at Terraza del Mar was poor. Despite our complaints, we were told no chef was on duty, and the assistant chef refused to speak with us. Furthermore, the prices did not reflect the quality of the food provided.
Amenities: There was no Wi-Fi in the room, and there was no phone to contact the front desk. Providing only a WhatsApp number is insufficient, especially given the lack of cellular reception. Additionally, the coffee pot in the room was broken.
Room Condition: The room did not match the online description and was poorly maintained, including mold in the shower and significant noise from morning construction.
Customer Service: When I addressed the Wi-Fi issues with the receptionist, Nancy, she was dismissive and unprofessional. I was also harassed for a checkout pass by a security guard while carrying my luggage out of the hotel despite never having used the parking facilities.
The lack of professional management and basic amenities made this a very disappointing stay. I hope you take this feedback seriously to prevent other guests from having a
