15 years coming to Santa Fe, this by far was the best spot. The layout is great and the hot tub and sauna, fire side are great after a long day. 10 of us had plenty of room could all have dinner together in the dinning room. Great family spot

The house is beautiful and was perfect for our weekend get away. VRBO houses tend to have cheap mattresses but this house did not. The beds were very comfortable and all 5 rooms were large. The kitchen was well stocked and the back patio was a great place to gather and hang out. The location is nice with great views and the houses not right on top of each other. Close access to downtown but private enough we didnt feel like we were in a big city. We will defintely book again.

Poorly maintained, cheap furniture, needs work

The property looks nice in the photos and pretty much looks nice at first glance, but the house is poorly maintained with very cheap, uncomfortable furniture. The bathroom arrangement and stairs in this house are terrible. I don't recommend.Almost imimmediately we had issues. My kids wanted to get in the hottub and got their bathing suits on right away. The walkway from the house to the hottub had not been swept and the kids hurt their little feet on tiny rocks that were supposed to stay off the walkway, but no one had swept in a while.When they got in the hottub, it was cold. So then we tried the sauna but it didn't work also. Then we discovered the bathroom showers had short black hair on the walls (no one in our group had that hair), there was trash on the floor and in the drawers in our bedroom (no trashcans in the bedrooms btw). We found a gross wine stain on the floor in the rec room (we don't drink). There were no important supplies (like the empty salt shaker) and dirty dishes were put away in the cabinets. Most of the cabinets were empty and some only had dead bugs.The whole first night was an absolute nightmare. The porch light was on a motion sensor and the wind made it go off every 30 seconds all night long. There was no switch to turn it off and it shines directly into two of the bedrooms. I barely slept. The next day i had to fix the hottub and sauna myself, as well as sweep all the rocks and do a lot more fixing and work than i planned to on vacation.

Amazing house, amazing view beautiful stars!

This was one of the best properties we’ve ever rented. Trung’ home has the views, beautifully decorated, extremely comfortable and had tons of room to spread out. It also has unique amenities, a hot tub, barrel sauna, fire pit , a game room and more. Only 10min away from the Santa Fe Plaza. The house so much extra touch put into it. Soaps in the showers, firewood provided.Last but not least, the host Trung and his local team are super responsive and friendly. Highly recommend this place and we would definitely book again!
