The lock system was pretty easy to figure out if you are a phone person like me. One thing that concerned us was this one situation. We always put the "do not disturb" sign while we went out as we prefer no housekeeping. We came back to the television channel changed to the Spanish channel. Which potentially means someone entered our room anyway. Another thing we didn't care for was another small action we noticed. The guest across had a birthday party, but left all their decorations for the housekeeping to clean up. The housekeeping discarded the balloons by letting them go up in the sky. That is bad for the environment and unsafe for wildlife.

The place was magic. Like from a fairy tale. The room super cute and cozy, very clean property. I would have liked upgrades for usb connection, maybe Bluetooth . I would have loved to be able to con to the TV. For example to watch Netflix. The bed was not as comfortable as it could be. A bit on the loose side.

No sound proofing of rooms whatsoever. Rooms are small. No table and closet in the room. In-wall air conditioner positioned about a foot from the bed's headboard and on a head level; it could make one really sick. We had to suffer without it.

Room was clean, but the upstairs toilet made a horrible noise the whole time we were there. Told the front desk and they had a plumber come look at it. The noise wasn’t as loud but continued to still do it and could still hear it even with bathroom door closed. It was very annoying and we would not stay here again.
