Had a great overnight stay here. First and foremost, high praise to the customer service provided by Tammy, she was fantastic. The room was clean and beautiful. The hotel is a bit of a walk from the main street down Solvang's center, but that was actually kind of nice (and who doesn't need to walk a bit eating all the Solvang goodies). I recommend parking on the street because the alleyways into the back are very narrow and a bit dicey. There's plenty of parking on the street and in our case it was right outside our little patio, so it was perfect. The AC worked great, once I figured out how to use the remote and where the unit was located. (I think I needed to point the remote at it and they were not really near each other.) The bed was comfy, plenty of clean towels. I liked the door code locking system. The portal was great for checkout, and even the texting service (AI, I think) was helpful. We would (and likely will) definitely stay here again. And again, I cannot say enough about Tammy's customer service.

Very clean, easy parking and check in. Used the fire pit outside, was a great way to relax after a long day of traveling and walking. The bed was comfy, and nice to have a small couch to chill. My only complain was that the upstairs guests were up late and I could hear them walking around all night and again early in the morning. So if you’re a light sleeper keep that in mind if you’ve book a floor level room.

The rooms were very nice and very clean. Lot of space to put your things. Nice little patio outside. Very easy check in and out. For an economy inn, this one was great. Walking distance to main part of Town with parking right outside.

It was clean, great accommodation for 5 people, checking in and out was seamless, and the interior was beautiful. The parking was easy and location of our room was so nice, it felt like we had our own cottage. The place could improve on upgraded TVs and the sink faucet did not work on the cold side. I would recommend staying here again!
