Experience Sandy Hook like a local in this 4-bedroom cottage. With 2 queen beds, 2 full beds, this cozy retreat is perfect for families or groups of friends. The bathroom features a refreshing shower, and the soothing atmosphere of the property will make guests feel right at home. Experience the magic of Sandy Hook at our cottage.
Located on a double lot, deck and firepit in backyard to enjoy. Check locally for fire bans. Bring your own firewood. there is a gazebo to relax in beside the deck, and enjoy outdoors without any bugs. Towels provided but must bring your own beach towels. If you would like to use our towels for the beach, additional fees apply.
Ceiling fan for use on warm days, and 3 additional fans in cottage available, if needed.
There are children's books available to read, coloring books, games and cards. there is a wine/alcohol nook for entertaining bridal/bachelor parties welcome but please respect neighbors and quiet time at 10pm.
The cottage is heated and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find a TV with a DVD player. The cottage also includes a fireplace.

Very dirty home, had to clean the toilet, stove, and refrigerator prior to use. Attempted to message day 1 and no response. No working television. Broken furniture, bed we could not use. Very dated, actually had rodent droppings & a very bad smell.when we arrived

I read the reviews and was fine with rustic. Rustic isn’t the word… The photos are very deceptive and hide the delapitated look of the cabin. The heat wouldn’t keep up and should have brought mummy bags or left. We had a power outage a day two and the house didn’t get back to temp for 24 hours. Overall it was terrible experience for the 410 spent.

House is a nice rustic feel, family feel. Lots of room, kitchen utensils and all that you needed were there. Beds were comfy, and rooms were a nice size. Property is big, and well kept.

Men's Fishing Trip

The cabin is a bit rustic, but met our needs for a fathers and sons fishing trip. The beds were comfort, and with 4 bedrooms, nobody was snoring in anyone else's ears. The deck, a fire pit, a kitchen, and a bathroom which met our needs.
