Only 1 person working at the front desk at time of check-in and told another employee went on her break and started at 3:00 pm. We checks in at approximately 5:45 pm. Took over 20 minutes waiting in line to check-in when this could have been made so much more efficient! Toilets are too low in room 209, bed quite uncomfortable and sheets/pillows gave me a reaction on my face due to the products used on the sheets. Room not worth the price of about $189 with taxes On checking out another guest swearing and yelling extensively with f-bombs in the hallways. Very uncalled for. Not a great stay.
