Nice classic hotel. No fridge in the room. Bathroom was small. Valet was $27 a night. We were on 8th floor and could hear a live band playing until midnight for a wedding and our room was nowhere close to the elevators. Nice but not worth the price. Would not stay here again as price and what we received did not equal out. Friendly staff. But way to expensive.

Excellent as always. My only disappointment is that they do not offer coffee delivery to the room anymore & use Nespresso machines with paper cups rather than real coffee cups.

Really comfortable bed, really nice housekeeping staff, and accommodating front desk. Only thing that wasn’t great was some kind of construction on/within the building - there was jackhammering during the day that was rattling the pipes when I was trying to work (thankfully I had noise-cancelling headphones). Overall, a nice stay.

The property was unique in that it was a very old, art deco style building, reminding me of the Chateau Frontenac in Old Quebec. However, it has been very well maintained with all the modern amenities and was very comfortable. I had. Few questions for the staff and the were very friendly and helpful.
