Good location, parking lot and ramp were terrible, parking pricing was not fixed rate altough was promised $15 per day, forced to pay $28 at auto payment booth

The Ceilings apear to be low, making the room feel small. However the staff was very helpful and friendly. The location is perfect and you can see the hotel from any location downtown which makes walking around easy if you are not familiar with the City.

The hotel is situated in downtown, close to bus routes and shopping facilities, restaurants. The staff was polite, room was clean. Starbucks is situated on the ground floor, that's a good idea. The gym has few machines to work with and the saunas were not working, Overall this hotel worth its price

Great location, close to everything we wanted to do and see at The Forks. A free bus brings you there. We were so excited to try out the "Sleep Number Beds," unfortunately it felt like I was camping on an air mattress. However, everything else was excellent.

I have stayed here many times and it is a good downtown spot. Room service is not pricey and is good food. The hotel needs to add a shuttle to make it a great spot to stay. A great shuttle service is offered at their other hotel at Polo Park and would make shopping easier from downtown.

The hotel was nice. I was greeted by the staff as i checked in, and all was well. Until I went out to walk the area and find a restaurant. The area is run-down, and not a place I would like to walk after dark, except when the Jet's are playing. Hotel restaurant was good.

We enjoyed being in a central location. The room was clean and the staff was very helpful. The Bell Boy was so responsive. Whenever I walked through the lobby. He was right there with a friendly greeting and " is there anything I can help you with Sir?"

View was stunning from the 23rd floor. this is a great hotel at this price. you won't be disappointed.

I stayed for 6 days. The WiFi is bit slow every day.

the bed was suppose to be a queen we ended up with 2 full beds not ideal for me and my wife

I did not have time to visit the fitness center or pool so I cannot comment. The ability to park in a secure location on the premises in a downtown location is a big plus. The wireless internet did not work well but the hotel had a wired connection as well that worked.

Room key failed three times and then computer went down so I had to go to dinner before I could get a room. Tried to charge me again for room even though part of Orbitz flight and room charge and initially wanted me to work it out with Orbitz.

The hotel itself looks to be about 25 years old, maybe it was designed in the late 70s and constructed in the early 80s. The property itself is right next to the MTS Center which is why I chose it. The reason for the bad grade is that the hotel is renovating and when I got to the hotel after they asked me if I wanted a room with a view (i have never been to Winnipeg before, so I had no idea what it meant). Put me on one of the top floors. Too bad right above me on 28 & 29 they are building a club level as well as remodeling the rooms from 9 am to 430 pm. It made it a very difficult place to do any work and keep your head on straight. Why they would put me up on this floor was remarkably dumb, but I just lived with it. The pool/hot tub are in a dimly lit area and the fitness center is AWFUL and not worth your time to look at the 3 pieces of machinery they have again in a not well lit room that almost seems like you are at the end of the world if anything were to go wrong.

We are very sorry to hear that you were not happy with your recent stay. We do apologize for the disappointing service that you received from the hotel staff and from the restaurant. We also want to say that we are sorry for having to over pay for the parking. We will make sure that we speak to the hotel staff so that we can better improve our guests experience.
