The room was very clean, as was the bathroom. Staff was polite and accommodating. Everything was better than I expected. Only thing we didn't like was how small in indoor pool was.

No late check out. Wanted to check out at 1. Tried to call front desk the night before. No instructions on or near phone but there were “Guest Services” and “wake Up Call” buttons on the phone, neither of which worked. Got a call at 11 from the front desk, waking me up, being very rude and telling me that late check out was not an option. I explained that the phone hadn’t worked and they asked why I didn’t go to the desk. I explained I was in my pajamas and not suitable for roaming the halls. There was no robe and slippers provided to make such a journey more decorous.
