STAFF COURTEOUS AND RESPECTFUL. They accomodated us even if we were 3 hours before check in. Breakdast was more than enough. Warm and fresh. Service dogs welcome and free. Price per night was one of the most reasonable. Would appreciate extra toiletries ie., toothbrush, toothpaste,etc. We would come back... we recommend this place to anyone. Just don't expect 5 star hotel amenities... Clean sheets, clean room, nice hot shower...

The refrigerator was not working, the chair at desk was broken and the faux leather was peeling and ripped. Toilet was very loose at base. No appeal as there was nothing on the wall for decor. You could tell the paint did not match. The plantation shutters were broken and wouldn’t close. Room was next to laundry area and was very loud. Breakfast was disappointing.

I had a very nice time. The broom was awesome with the balcony. The only problem was not their problem. It was mine. I have a bad back, but I wanted the upstairs view of the ocean, so I had to walk up the stairs. The breakfast was great. The staff was great. I will definitely stay here again.

A balcony room was requested but received a bottom floor room. There was black mold in the bathroom around the bathtub. The caulking around the bathtub faucet was all cracked with mold growing around it. The cover on the plastic shower faucet was missing. The shower curtain bar had been moved and the screw holes had not been filled in and mold was in the holes. The toilet backed up and had to move to another room.

My famil y & I stayed at this quaint hotel for 2 nights.(rm.104) Although it was cute & accessible, I did notice a few missing & important details. Phone didn't function correctly, missing knob on the AC/heating unit, & balcony door was very difficult to lock & unlock. .
