Unhappy with stay. They did not clean my room all 4 days even when sign was put in front. The only time someone entered to clean is when they put my code in without knocking and I was naked on the bed. They continued to open other doors without knocking as well because i heard other complaining when she opened their doors. Very unhappy with that. The pool was filled with flies no clean. Asked for bath towels and they ran out and only gave me pool towels.

Hotel is fairly new and very cute. Pool is small, Breakfast was a nice touch but the same every day. For a new hotel the room had a faint mildew smell.

The vibe is the young college life. We arrived a few hours early and were allowed to keep our luggage at the front desk. We were also encouraged to change into our swimming gear to either use the pool or go to the beach until check in time (3). The hotel staff was friendly, pleasant, and very helpful. Over all we loved our one night stay and the cozy pool. The food over all was the best, although it was pricey, we highly recommend the wonton nachos, asian steak wrap, and tasty chicken tenders. The hotel is right off the highway and you have to use pedestrian bridge for a short walk to the beach. It is noisy at night and you can hear everything, especially in the morning. There was many negative reviews about breakfast, mostly about it not being a “luxury”. It’s a small basic assortment of food, no eggs nor a major life changing food experience. My partner and I really didn’t care; we ate and moved on. There’s a Panadería and a Frappé cafe right next door. The frappes were amazing and the panadería had a lot of choices. There’s walkable food places nearby and a few pricey restaurants. Over all, it’s a hotel not meant for a long stay. And most definitely not a place were you stay all day and not venture out into Puerto Rico.

What I loved was that the property was 4 minutes from the airport so getting out was easy. However, they did not give me room service. They claimed that they do it every 3 days or upon request. The his was after I asked about it. I had issues with the door where I wasted time trying to lock it. They had to give me a key instead of the combination lock the day after. The property is cute/okay. The rooms are pretty but they are very small with limited windows. The food is average. I ordered ceviche and was not happy! For what I paid I guess it was okay
