Nice hotel, super friendly staff. The only problem was that no beach chairs or beach umbrellas were provided as the website promotes. We were told that beach chairs and beach umbrellas will be available every day starting at 10 am. Once we arrive at the beach the chairs and umbrellas were locked. We waited for 2 hours, nobody came.

Went for our anniversary vacation and absolutely loved this Adults-Only hotel. It was prime location to all of the places we wanted to visit. We felt safe and loved how clean and peaceful it was. We stayed for 6 days and 5 nights, will definitely be booking again. Highly recommended.

The employees were friendly and helpful. The location is odd. You have to cross the Hwy to the beach. But the hotel is nice. The rooms have teeny windows and no view, so don’t plan on looking out.

Great cozy resort style feel in hotel. Big shout out to the beautiful wonderful receptionist who checked us in, super kind and helpful and gave us great recommendations. Outdoor pool with jets felt very nice though it is small, it was very clean and welcoming. Rooms are smaller but very clean and well maintained. The breakfast is included and parking is free and those two are a very hard combination to find in the Carolina beach location. Beach is barely a 5 min walk. You have rp climb a bridge to go across. A few things that I would like to see in the future would be: 1. Some sort of drying rack outside so clothes from the beach could dry faster. 2. Coin laundry like small washer dryer so beach clothes could be reused . 3. Add more hanging or closet like space for storage. 4. A recycling basket in each room. 5. Rooms need to be refreshed every 2 days. Room cleaning needs improvement. 6. Need liquid hand soap by sink.Carry your own anti bac soap, sorry shower gel is not for washing hands. 7. Better ventilation in bthrm Carolina beach is a vibrant bustling area 15 min SJU airport and that comes with a bit of challenging traffic and rush. No issue for me but might be a problem for people looking for quiet. I highly recommend you visit Panaderia Espana (1 min walk) lots of fresh dessert and savory options plus great coffee and hot chocolate. Buy extra water from Walgreens 3 min from hotel Park in the back of the hotel, much easier to back out of. 100% recommend ❤️PR

I didn’t like the shower not having a curtain or a doorway to it. The water was luke warm, so it was cold taking a shower. I also didn’t like that I could hear the slightest noises through the door, very thin.

The hotel was very nice. Rooms were clean. Staff was very friendly! While we were there, the water was out for two days. Something about the cistern pump being out. They were going to give us a refund, then extra Wyndham points. None of this has happened! I will be back to let you know if we hear from them!

Staff was awesome. Good location. Clean place. Melysa Malo, the receptionist was an exceptional host. She gave us great places to visit and when she noticed my wife was limping from a sprained ankle she brought her an ice pack by the pool. Restaurant at hotel was 4 stars. Great food.

Not great. We decided to book this hotel because it’s 5 minutes from the airport basically. Note it is NOT on the beach it’s across a highway from the beach. Check in was great, we were taken on a tour and taken to our room. Room was very small, but that is fine, we were only there for two nights. The room was definitely put together with glue and gum it seemed. Exposed wires from the lights hanging in the bathroom, the light switch looked like it was about to come off in the bathroom, literally I can see a hole behind it. There was hair all over the floor in the bathroom when we checked in. The bed seemed like if we moved to hard on it, that the mattress would fall through. The walls and doors are basically like paper. You hear EVERYTHING from the outside. The staff at the bar and restaurant not great. The bartender outside seemed overwhelmed with the 4 people at the bar. We asked for a bottle of wine that was on the outdoor bar menu and he told us to go inside for it. We went inside and were told they didn’t have it and showed us basically every wine that wasn’t cheaper than $70. We said okay fine and got a bottle and the bartender said to basically go outside and drink it. They didn’t even want us sitting at the bar inside. Meanwhile, there was still people in the restaurant and another woman came and sat at the bar. We decided to not chance it and we ordered food delivery to the hotel instead of getting the wrong food outside at the bar.

Cute and functional hotel. Super close to the freeway, so it’s a little loud. Rooms are minimalist but had everything we needed. Pillows were the only major complaint. They were soooo uncomfortable.
