Casa Edwards Beach Front at Palmilla

Historic Casa Edwards, one of the largest private estates in Los Cabos, was the first private residence constructed in the area and now sits within the ultra-exclusive gated community of Bahia Rocas next to Villas Del Mar at Palmilla. Ideally located on the tip of the Baja Peninsula, the estate is only two homes away from the world-renowned One & Only Palmilla, one of the premier hotels in Los Cabos, and a four-minute drive from the signature Jack Nicklaus Golf Course.

Casa Edwards’ eight guest rooms all face the sea and offer expansive views of the Sea of Cortez through sliding doors opening to the outside. Fully appointed with all the modern amenities, the comfortable rooms feature handcrafted Mexican accents and top-quality linens.

Casa Edwards has full internet access in the entire house, apple TV in our palapa, master bedroom, living room and Gym. Our gym with more than 10 screens can be really fun. Please feel free to bring your own music in your mobile devices, iPod or iPads, we are able to connect them to our sound system. This trip is about enjoying your family, relaxing and having a good time.

Built in the same traditional style as the Palmilla the home’s red-tiled roofs, whitewashed walls, colorful homemade tiles and fountains envelop you with the gracious charm of old Mexico. The eight bedroom estate cascades down the hillside to its own private beach. Designed for entertaining, Casa Edwards’ expansive outdoor spaces provide the perfect setting, sunset soirees, formal dinner parties or casual get-togethers with family and friends. A verdant oasis with an infinity pool, spa, outdoor palapa bar, 2 gas fire-pit, large patios and a huge lawn, Casa Edwards also features the largest private gym in Cabo.

The 6,000 square foot main house features a large living room with a 70 inch Plasma TV and a bar adjacent to the dining area which seats twelve or more. Four bedrooms surround the great room, and another bedroom and the master bedroom are adjacent to these, opening to the fountain courtyard. There is also a bedroom and bath behind the kitchen which is suitable for staff. All guest bedrooms feature unforgettable blue-water ocean views and private en suite baths. A new addition below the pool and spa level features two additional bedroom suites, an outdoor kitchen, bar and eating area which abut a huge lawn that covers the brand new 4,400 square foot private gym below, at beach level.
