Best hotel breakfast...but the line was super long and crowded. First floor room had street sounds all night and they put us in a handicap room that we didn't need and the shower didn't work properly. The food is good and the bellman Abdur was an excellent person. He helped us make a really smooth exit and arranged beautiful transportation to cruise terminal pier 27

Noisy Hotel -- lots of children

My husband and I wanted to stay in SF that was close enough to UCSF for his treatments so he could rest in the evenings. The first night we heard constant doors slamming in the hallway, kids running up and down the hall and screaming at 9pm . The next night we heard stomping on the ceiling for an hour straight even after we called the front desk. Then.... the garbage truck was outside our window at 3:30am and woke us up!! (and they called that an upgraded room) -- BE WARE! Also there are no exhaust fans in the bathrooms!! :/ Overall, I would say you get what you pay for.

I really liked having the out side area with the fire. The only problem was people that were not staying at the hotel would use that area. I actually talk to her while she was smoking a joint. Which my husband does not like marijuana. But that would be nice if they monitor that a little bit.

I liked the breakfast buffet. It was nice and the food was decent. I just wished there was a way to take the food up into your hotel room especially if you have kids who have a tough time waking up for breakfast. Other than that the hotel was in walkable distance to Fisherman’s Wharf and Pier 39 which was great!

This hotel is so close to everything we wanted to see in San Francisco! We walked to Coit Tower, Lombard Street, Chinatown, and the wharf easily. Clean, comfortable rooms and a really great breakfast buffet were the icing on the cake. We loved our stay and highly recommend it!
