this is a strongly, positive review, even though I did not stay at Lois‘s place. The reason is I was booked there, and had a medical emergency that prevented the trip. Lois was incredibly understanding of the situation. She’s really a class act!

Disappointing

We expected the condo to be in better condition. The carpeting in the master bedroom is so old and stained I put a towel down so when I got out of bed I wasn’t standing barefoot on the carpet. There is, oddly, a giant old jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom just a few feet from the bed. There is silver duct tape on the wall and the tub where some repair has not been completed. The master bath has no shower. The only shower is in the second bathroom. The master bathroom had holes in the wall and corroded plaster board. Light fixtures in the bathrooms are rusting. The view is outstanding but the sliding glass windows were so dirty that I had to get outside and clean a few areas. There is no closet space available to the renter. We used the beds in the second bedroom as there was just me and my husband. The property managers did come through with a considerable discount after hearing our complaints and we greatly appreciated that. The location is great. Another unit in this building could be fine.

Everything from checkin to checkout and in between was easy and straight forward! The apartment was clean, well stocked and comfortable w nice furnishings.
