We’re going out of town and want you to bring your family to our 2BR, 1.5BA Condo at the beach.

Literally steps to the sand, and walking distance to Belmont Park, restaurants, and shops.

We’ve dropped prices lower than other 2BRs in the neighborhood, and we’ve locked our personal possessions in the closets. Cleaners have scoured the unit to ensure the rental is clean, uncluttered, sanitized, and fresh for your arrival. (Brand new linens and duvet covers will be placed on the beds).
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, and a balcony. There's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker.

This is our second summer doing a beach staycation. We enjoyed this property very much. It’s is very spacious and the kitchen is stocked with more kitchen gadgets than most rentals we have stayed in. Jon was very helpful and easygoing. We especially appreciated the beach chairs, boogie boards, games, and toys for the kids. The condo is located near the widest part of the sand so I think it’s worth being mentally prepared for that trek across the sand. The neighborhood was quiet, clean, and safe.
