El personal de aqui no sirve!

Nunca en mi vida había pasado tan mal trato en un hotel. Primero llegamos a la 1pm, Y fui directo a la recepción para preguntar si podíamos hacer el check in más temprano( yo sabía que era a las 3) pero pretendía pagar para un check in temprano. Cuando entro le pregunto a las si hablan espeñol porque en la app dice que hablan inglés y español pues eso parece que an ella le estuvo mal y dijo que no se muy mala manera. Y evidentemente si lo habla por eran todas mexicanas. Pero eso no quedó ahí, la manager estuvo allí en todo momento y no hizo nada con la mala actitud de Samantha. Se escuchaban todos en la parte de atrás hablando español pero conmigo simplemente no les dio la gana. Mientras estuve allí esperando para hacer mi check in llegaron como 4 personas y les entregaron sus habitaciones sin ningún problema. A mi me decian que la estaban limpiando… MENTIRA! Cuando por fin nos llamaron para darnos la habitación la primera vez no escuchamos y el muchacho que había llegado al front desk no gritó de allá “ quieren la habitación si o no” es una total falta de respeto. Y para colmo cuando llegamos a la habitación adivinen….Sucia! El baño lleno de pelos en la bañera, el lavamanos. Jamás y nunca vuelvo a quedarme en este hotel. Uno de mis preferidos pero el personal de aquí es una porqueria. Btw esto lo llevaré hasta lo último.

My son(6yr old) and i came here for my husband’s Air Force bmt graduation. It was about 15 mins away, very convenient we went to Bubbas steakhouse right next door. The room was clean it did smell like wood and cigarettes not if its just stuck in the vents it didn't go away, after a while you go nose blind and its fine lol we were barely in the room anyway Pool was nice and clean its all 4ft would come again :)

We had a great stay at this property! Ginger my sister and I along with our kids, checked into two rooms after 9 PM one evening and it was a quick, pleasant experience. Everything was spotless, the room was well stocked, the staff was very hospitable. The next morning, the complementary breakfast was great! We will definitely stay there again when we are in the area.
