The property was OK but charging $30 for parking. That’s what I did not like. Only one day
Good accomodation central to all Riverwalk Alamo and downtown thanks
Check in took forever. They did not have enough staff to handle the number of guests checking in.
The property is in very good location, 0.2 mi to the conventional center. However, the hotel do not provide water at all, even for the first day. I purchased one bottle of water, it charges $3.5 per bottle. Even bad, it never clean the room, until your leave.
The property was well kept…
Next to expressway. Quite noisy. Also $30 parking fee not shown or included on orbitz booking site.
The guy at the reception was super lazy and it took us 20 min to check in.
Location
Extremely long check in line. Get to my room on the 4th floor and tried to get ice. No ice on the 4th floor. No big deal I’ll just take the elevator next to the vending area down to the next floor. Oh wait, the elevator is out of service. Guess I’ll take the stairs to the 3rd floor. Out of ice. Tried the 2nd floor and the machine is broke. Walk down to the 1st floor and ask if there is an ice machine there. There isn’t. Ask where I can get ice and nobody knows. Head back up on the elevator on the other side of the hotel to the 5th floor. No ice again! Found ice on the 10th floor. Once I got back to my room, I was lucky to hear the toilet run the entire stay.
Information is misleading. I booked a suite for 6 - CLEARLY STATED in the receipt as well as on booking website and received a room with one king bed and a twin sofa bed. I brought it up to the staff and was told that the king bed should fit 4 and the twin sofa bed should fit 2 - HOW????? It was so disappointing, I would never book here again. Good location though but I would rather pay more to stay at Hyatt or Marriott which is a little more in price but better value. I like breakfast with fresh waffles but the hotel seems to overloaded itself. I have to wait in line at least 30’ to get to my turn. Also very long wait for the elevator. Some staffs are not very happy which are unusual, they were probably overwhelmed with big waves of customers. The location is good.
The temporary hold on my card was charged and still waiting for my refund which is likely never coming. Horrible customer service . Dated hotel.
Did not realize how close and easy it was to the highway. It made traveling a lot more convenient. Awesome stay, and awesome staff!!! Would book here again in the future.
Never a disappointment love staying there
Our room had flooding and was very damp in the room

Thank you for choosing to stay with us and taking the time to review our hotel. I want to apologize for the service you were provided, which is not at all acceptable. I will be speaking with my front desk staff regarding your comments so this will be avoided in the future. I hope you choose to stay with us next time you are at the San Antonio Riverwalk, so you can see we have made the necessary improvements.
Thank you for taking the time to let us know how we are doing. I am glad to hear you generally enjoyed our hotel. However, I am sorry for the confusion on the hotel parking policy. It is not standard for our brand, but it is mandated by the city to have only paid parking on-site due to our location. It is listed online on the full listing rather than the quick view usually under "Hotel Info" or "Hotel Amenities". That said, we do try to keep our overnight guest prices competitive with our neighbors and try to add value by offering premium privileges like unlimited in & out and free extended parking to 3PM. Even so, I will be sure to confirm with our desk staff and our listings that the correct information is being relayed to any future guests. Thank you for being our guest, and I hope you will choose to stay with us on your next visit to the San Antonio Riverwalk.
