I have stayed at this property previously when I was visiting Salt Lake City and I feel like it is a home away from home. The beds are so comfortable and the house is very cozy. The furnishings are nice and the property is very clean. The neighborhood is friendly and I love sitting on the front porch, especially in the morning. The host is very responsive. It is conveniently located close to restaurants and stores.

We had a nice stay. The house was clean and neat. Kitchen had all necessary items. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels, blankets and linens. We would not hesitate to go back.

Vintage hideaway

We were in town for a wedding and stayed 2 nights. The house was old but super cute and well maintained. Only one bathroom was a bit of a challenge, but we worked it out. Other than that I have no complaints!

Quiet and Safe

I enjoyed my stay in this older, spacious 3 BR Dupleix. Everything worked perfectly and the older, quaint vibe of the place was very relaxing and peaceful. Plenty of parking on the street and shopping and restaurants are within a 20 minute casual walk.

Felt like home

Kim, obviously respects her property and her guests. Well stocked to the point I felt guilty drinking so much coffee. Clean, cute, and a great location. Front porch is a nice hangout when weather permits. Thank you Kim.

LOVELY place!

Comfortable, quiet, and perfect location

We had an awesome 4-day family vacation at this VRBO! The house really felt like home. One of the coolest things was watching a mama hummingbird on her nest (from inside the house as to not disturb mama) – so special! We had a blast riding Lime scooters and enjoyed evening walks around the neighborhood. The weather was perfect, and the flowers were beautiful. The Saturday farmer's market was fantastic, and we loved the early morning hikes in the hills by the university. If you like thrifting, check out the Goodwill Outlet – it’s quite an experience! The house was super comfortable and felt spacious, even with two teens, a preteen, and an adult. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the eclectic style was fun without being cluttered. The A/C cooled the house down quickly after we’d been out, and the beds were really comfy with soft towels. Kim was responsive. We will definitely stay here again!

Salt Lake City Ski Trip

Kim’s property was perfect for our ski trip. Two friends and I were in town to enjoy the cottonwood canyons and Salt Lake City. Kim was more than accommodating and very helpful through communications. The beds were so comfortable and the kitchen had all we needed for our trip. I would recommend this VRBO to any friend group or family looking to rent in SLC. Walking to downtown Sugarhouse was a huge plus.

Comfortable and Convenient

This property is very cozy and comfortable. I had previously stayed at another property owned by this host and had a good experience so when I saw this one I decided to try it. It did not disappoint. The decor is very nice, the beds were comfortable and the location to stores, restaurants, and downtown Salt Lake is great. The host was very responsive.
