Nice

The house was nice! It was hard for my in laws to enter and exit as the steps where high for them. The shower was hard for my handicapped father in law to use and the master bedroom bed was really low and made it hard for both of them. But it was better than hotel room as it was big enough for all of us to hang out and visit together. I would recommend it to large families to stay in if you don't mind removing your shoes at the door and aren't in a wheel chair.

Exactly what we needed

Family wedding trip

Large home with spacious and well equipped kitchen. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Furniture could use some updating, but overall a great house with plenty of room for a family gathering.

We quite enjoyed the property. It's a beautiful home and perfectly located. The only issue was that there was trash overflowing in the garage that didn't get cleaned as promised. Otherwise the home was perfect!

Convenient for ski trip

Our family of 7 adults and one toddler had an excellent time in Salt Lake. We skied 2 days in Park City and also time at Alta and Snowbird. The house is conveniently located about 30 minutes to either ski area. The house was set up well for our group with plenty of space and just a few minutes to Walmart, Costco, and Smith's for groceries and anything else you might need. Would definitely consider staying here again in the future!

Perfect gathering location.

The home was beautiful and well maintained. Perfect location for a family gathering - close to supermarkets and Costco. It was conveniently located with access to the Canyons and Interstate system. Could use some landscaping attention to improve curb appeal.

Overall it was great. The house was very clean. The property was big enough for my family. All the sheets were very clean. Towels were provided which was great. Easy to find the house. I would recommend and i would stay again.

Tri-level home with everything!

This home was beautifully decorated and felt very warm and inviting. Arrival was simple. Entered door code and we were in. Home was clean. Spacious. Lots of stairs so good workout. LOL Large bedroom on first floor with very large bathroom. Perfect set up for older people. Walk in shower and separate walk in bathtub. Bed was soft and had comfy linens. Great basement set up. Perfect for teenagers. Plenty of room with two bedrooms and bathroom and family room with huge tv. Upstairs had a cute sitting area at top of stairs. Both bedrooms were nice size. Beds soft, linens clean and nicely decorated. Bathroom was good. Water pressure was good. I loved the remote controls for all of the ceiling fans, lights, etc. The holders on the wall were great for not losing remotes! Kitchen has plenty of dishes, pots and pans etc. even a cute coffee bar. Will definitely be considering this place if returning to Utah in the future.

Great rental in surburban SLC.

A very clean and perfectly spacious 5bdrm house in a residential neighborhood. We rented this as a much less expensive ski rental with access to Snowbird/Alta (35 min) or Snowbasin (50 min). Very clean and well stocked kitchen for cooking, comfortable living room and family room and good beds. My only criticism is the heating system. The house is three floors (basement, first , second) but only has one zone. The basement bedrooms are much cooler than upstairs with no real way to regulate that. Probably only an issue in the winter, but the basement has two nice bedrooms and another playroom that is great for kids. Would definitely rent again. Also, the service team is extremely responsive. We had two minor issues, and they answered the phone and sent someone out within an hour (the hot water was out when we arrived). Thank you for nice rental.

Great home to stay

The home was very spacious and clean. It fit all of our guest comfortably. Highly recommend! The extra perks with Xplorie was also amazing. We got free rentals for skis and tickets to the aquarium for the kids.

We came to Utah for Thanksgiving to see family and this place was perfect! Lots of places to hang out and plenty of bedrooms and beds are comfortable. Had everything we needed and it’s a cute neighborhood and street. Will book it again!

Perfect place for a group!
